Great location and great staff

The entire staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating. After checking in and having our bags brought up to our room, Darius our baggage porter/bell man realized that they had put us (a family of five) in a room with only a king sized bed. He immediately asked if we would like him to facilitate moving us to a room with 2 double beds and have a roll away bed brought up. We did and he called from our room and got us switched, he moved us and our luggage to the new room had new keys brought to us as well as the roll away bed. Great customer service.

Terrible wedding night

We had a bad experience with this hotel through Expedia . We expected to have a beautiful room for our wedding night and it was a room for handicap persons . We had to have strawberries and champagne when we arrived and was nothing there for us . It was just a normal room 5 times more money . It was definitely substandard . We wouldn't stay there again . It was noisy , you could here the other toilets flushing and the housekeepers slam the doors . It wasn't even a king size bed as we asked .

View and location are terrific

Hotel staff and location were terrific. What was lacking was the convenience of self parking . You had to walk for ever and lug everything through doors,hallways, and down stairs. Secondly there was NO water available in the rooms.this must have been an over site. Thirdly, the concierge was clueless to the activities going on in town. Asked about Fells Point and was told not much there. I went and there was a huge festival going on??? Hmm. I will go back to the Marriott at CamdenYards.

Nice hotel between Inner Harbor and Fells Point

Pros: Location, views, room, fitness center.
Cons: The parking is too expensive.
Location: There's a lot of things to do in the Inner Harbor area and Fells Point, including the Aquarium, which is incredible. Plenty of dining and shopping.
The Marriott Waterfront is a beautiful hotel with, if you're on the right side, great views of the harbor. It's right by the waterfront with easy access to the beautiful waterfront trail that Baltimore has developed around its harbor - great for walking, running, cycling. We really enjoyed the fact that it was several blocks away from the hubbub and commercialism of Inner Harbor, and closer to the more eclectic shops and restaurants of Fells Point. The garage is huge, but even self-parking will run you $26 a day, and you have to park at least 5 levels up - the lower levels are reserved for valet parking. The rooms are very nicely furnished, the water pressure on our shower seemed strong enough to exfoliate you. Our heat didn't work though, and nights were getting crisp in early October. The first night, we noticed that our TV had no volume, but they fixed it the following day. The pool and fitness center is very nice, though no water to drink - which I think is a bit odd.

It had a good view. However the room was not modern and it was noisy at night with water running. Not worth the price.

Over priced. I have stayed in nicer but cheaper

Had a run in with parking valet spending in parking garage. I just expected more for the price I paid. Will not stay there again!
