Perfect location

Location was perfect from the airport and downtown. Noticed staff was outside on a smoke break, line was forming and waiting in the eating area. Man behind the counter asked me to wait.

Clean nice hotel close to light rail.

This hotel was very clean and affordable with a nice looking room. It was conveniently located within a couple blocks of the light rail which was only 6 stops away from Ravens stadium. Perfect for the occasion.

Hotel Staff Were Great

Pros: Staff and room.
Cons: Boiled eggs?
Location: Location was okay.
The lady at the check in on the night we checked in was fantastic. Handled situations that would have stressed me out like a professional, smiles while interconnecting with people. I rushed out for graduation ceremony in the morning but will make efforts to compensate the lady. Clean rooms -- I had two -- my mother in law was traveling with my family. Breakfast was good.

They over charge me for my room stay. I ask for a bill at the checkout and he said SInce you book online check your credit card I left and bang they over charge me with no evidence to claim at the time.

Stayed three nights because I recieved last minute deal from expedia e-mail. Hotel staff was not so professional, the room, I don't think they change bed sheet daily. Even I checked in, doesn't seem be changed. And I'm sure never done during our stay. Breakfast is OK, minimum. Sprint is not availabe, you have to go outside of hotel to call. Easy access to airport and highway, But I sure won't stay again. Staff was not professional but I know I haven't paid much.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We were there for 4 days, we will be coming back to this Hotel for sure! Staff was super friendly!

I was getting ready to go out for my event. While I was getting dressed I was startled by my sister walking in on me. I no longer felt safe at this hotel. My hotel door didn't lock at all. I had all my electronic devices out & my purse was wide open. I glad it was my sister instead of a complete stranger. I still felt paranoid so I contacted the front desk. I was told that a that technican was unavailable & will have it looked into. I was pushed for time & had to repack all my items. I had my sister to hold my items in the room until we returned from the event. By the time I figured out how to get my locked I ended up running late for my event. I arrived back from my event hoping the corrected the issue. As soon as I walked to my room I pushed the door & opened right up without me using the key. I was so irritated & asked for a different room. I was nervous moving into my new room & afraid to sleep thinking some one was going to walk in on me. I spoke to the manager that next morning doing check out. He apologize about the situation & was going to check on it. I drove 9 hrs from Michigan for this disappointment. I didn't feel safe at this hotel. I want my refund for my room.

Staff was so helpful and we were able to have our dog for a small fee. Very, very clean rooms and hotel over all! I will use this hotel each and every time I come to Baltimore!
