Everything was great, the only problem was parking as there was a restaurant next door which took up some of the spaces..Other than that there were no issues..I will book again in the future!

Our stay was fine. Parking was a nightmare though as we had to park on the opposite side of the building from the only elevator when we were on the third floor. I would stay again though.

My stay www cool…the front desk wen I checked in was 2 young ladies who made it clear because I had a third party reservation it was too difficult to check in…her coworker stepped in to help..I do t think that was appropriate. This was my daughters birthday celebration and we weren’t welcomed nicely

I was there with my family for 4 nights, the room is very comfortable, the kids loved the pool (warm water) good sauna,very friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious . A little bit far from Washington City, but it was worth it.

Pillows Hard As Nails, Mattress Way To Soft!
The bedding was off, king size mattress way way to soft. It was like a wrestling going from one side to the other! Pillows were like rocks, no durability, couldn’t fold around.

We could not call the desk to set up housekeeping because the phone didn't work. (they don't do housekeeping unless you ask for it). We could find no info on the services; the location of ice, times for breakfast and such which is normally found in the room. When I went down to the desk to tell them the phone did not work, I was told "they are aware of it - lots of the phones don't work". I consider that unsafe!!!! If somebody got sick or had a heart attack we might not be able to contact anyone! You cannot assume everyone has a cell phone. When we were trying to find out if the phone was unplugged we discovered horribly jumbled wires for everything in the room are plugged into two serge strips! It is a wonder anything worked . Obviously the wiring is very outdated and should be updated before you house people there. I wonder if your insurance company or the Fire Dept know about the electrical situation. We have always thought of Best Westerns' as good places to stay. NOT ANY MORE.

Have stayed here several times over the course of 10 years and each time the property has gotten progressively worse. Had to switch tons as the first one assigned reeked of smoke ina non smoking hotel. Mold on the ceiling in the room. Not happy.

We traveled for a kid's sporting tournament. Hotel was clean, the check-in and checkout staff was friendly. Overall, a good experience, and we didnt pay a fortune.

It’s very convenient fair price for a nights sleep. Fixtures dated but clean We were in first floor very close to check in Libby area. I should have asked for a more quieter room as I heard ice machine and I believe a clothes dryer
