Great location in the heart of Baltimore

Posted Apr 19, 2014
The only down side was the room was way too warm even with air conditioning on and I went in April. The location was great, it was a short walk to Fells Point and to Camden Yards which is a great place to watch baseball

Good location, nice staff

Posted Mar 7, 2014
Location: Peacock library and The Walter's Art Museum - both free - were terrific.
For the price, it's about the best you can do in the Inner Harbor. I ordered a king bed and got a queen, which was fine. The room was a very odd shape and only part of it was warmed by the heater. That made for cold sleeping. Otherwise, clean, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard fare and mediocre coffee. Caribou coffee across the street was good.

Decent for the money.

Posted Mar 6, 2014
Pros: Close to venue and cheap
Cons: Could be a little cleaner since I found a coke zero can left in the corner but the beds were very clean.
Location: In downtown Baltimore. Very close to PowerPlant Live.
Comfortable beds and $5.00 cab ride from PowerPlant Live!

Close to inner harbor but bad area

Posted Feb 4, 2014
The room was nice for a night nights stay but the walls are paper thin and the neighbors got back at 3 am screaming in the hallway. You could hear music being played next door and police sirens outside all night. Breakfast was good.

So much went wrong.

Posted Feb 3, 2014
First off the heat was blasting in our room, and the remote was missing they had to change our room, with our door having issues locking, then our second rooms sink was broken and spilling water everywhere. Everyone was nice , 2 floors soda machines were not working and took 4 dollars for me, but the staff have me my money back. Room was clean, good location to the harbor. Staff was apologetic to everyhing that went weonf

Convenience at the cost of comfort

Posted Feb 1, 2014
It was a convenient place to stay. Right downtown within walking distance of everything and it was cheap. The room was alright, nothing special. It had all the amenities. The biggest problem we had was the heat didn't work at all. It was 60 degrees in the room. We asked for help but they didn't give us much in the way of assistance. They did give us extra blankets and towels. Stay here at your own risk.

expedia should not do business with this hotel.

no wifi (even though it was advertised). bathroom had cardboard in the sink. was warned by the staff about how to deal with muggers. no proper lock on the room door. yelling coming from near by rooms. I changed hotels within 2 hours and still can't get my money back from the hotel. I'm still working on that.

Lier lier

Pros: The lady in the morning serve in food she was great.
Cons: The lies ! Parking !move bus stops from door. smoking place for smokers so when you go out to smoke the people waiting for the bus will not ask.
First is no parking or cut rate for parking. The money saved went on over cost parking. Second when checking in I asked if there was coffee in the room and was told no. However there was coffee unit and coffee. Third I was told there was wi-fi through out hotel but there was not. I hacked in on hotel down the street. Fourth office internet was offers two computer but only one of them worked. I took my laptop and had my tablet. My table did not lock in on the Quality inn wi-fi so I had to indoor the weak signal that my laptop received . So no I would never go back or tell a friend.

Alright for short notice and price.

Pros: The hotel was clean. They had free breakfast till 10. Staff was nice and helpful Very close to inner harbor and attractions Cons: No on-site parking. You have to park in the parking garage (walking distant and can be expensive) or parking metors are $1 and hour mon-sat 8am to 6pm. Take your pick. Entrance to hotel is near a bus spot. Which can be very crowded at night and during day. Overall for such a short notice my experience went well. Parking will be a factor that i whould consider before booking again. Unless you set aside a fund desinated to parking only because it will be expensive.
