Our stay at the Best Western in Baltimore, Md.

Posted Sep 17, 2014
Pros: Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was also very clean.
Cons: The show doors, and the air conditioning.
Location: Walking distance to Inner Harbor, restaurants, and Camden Yards.
The hotel was quite old but very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our air conditioning stopped working and they took care of it almost immediately. Room was small but comfortable.

DONT STAY HERE!

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Location was good
Cons: So many things as I previously stated
Location: walgreens is close, Burger King, access to the train is very convenient to get around in the city
Double charged for the room and blamed Expedia, elevator didnt work, airconditioner didnt work, vending machines didnt work, hotel staff didnt know who was in what rooms so they came by three times to verify there were people staying in our room. Location is good but we wont return.

This place is a dump! I checked in then I went to the room within five minutes I left the hotel didn't even bother to check out! Wasted my money on this dump!! Room looked and felt crappy and ugly I would not recommend this place to a homeless person!

Ok stay. Nothing spectacular.

To small & rooms weren't laid out too well. Don't use the stairs. They don't match up. Staff was great though.

Cigarette smoke in room

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Staff
Cons: Not much. location is the pits.
You could smell smoke coming up through bath tub drain. No parking, did not know that when booked room. $15 night. Had to walk two blocks to get car. Third floor room with window AC could smell people smoking right below room and noisy street noise all night. Sirens etc.

Helpful Baltimore.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Very convenient for the Conference Centre and Habour (restuarants etc) all a short walk away. Area felt safe. Good WiFi connections.
Cons: Air con noisy, but not really a problem
Location: Conference centre and habour area.
Staff on the counter were very helpfuly with directions for local amenities (shops restuarant, Conference Centre). They were particlarly helpful when the pre-booked (and paid for) shuttle bus did a "no-show"! - next time use the lite rail way (£ $1.60 each way virtually door-to-door, and only ~20mins).

Nice for the price

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: It was clean and quiet.
Cons: The breakfast...I would have liked more of a variety.
Location: The location sucks because there is no hotel parking
Overall stay was pleasant but there is no parking. We had to park overnight in the public parking lot. Although it was a block away it still cost us an additional monies.

I booked my hotel and 5 minutes later I had keys. the building is intimate and peaceful. the room was way bigger than I expected from the pictures. Very comfortable & the location gets no better! I will stay there again! I loved their super friendly staff.
