“Load Music Echoing through my room from a private party downstairs”

My main complaint about this hotel is that on the weekends they have a habit of booking private functions in their banquet rooms downstairs and these "Parties" carry on until 12:30AM to 1:00AM with load music that travels all the way up to the 5th Floor from ground level. When complaints are directed to the front desk staff they say they will ask them to turn the bass down, but nothing is done.

“Good value”

The lobby and breakfast area are modernized and nice. The rooms were pretty good, and our two-queen bed suite was roomy with a separate living room. However, the living room furniture was a bit tired, as were parts of the room's paint job. I can't rave about this place, but it was an excellent bargain, with a complimentary breakfast. (I have to agree with someone else's comment that the eggs were like rubber, but the rest was pretty decent.) Maid service was spotty, and the sheets and towels need better bleaching or replacement when they get stains. We asked to change from the first room we were given because I wasn't entirely sure that the sheets on one bed were clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

“Not too bad for the $$$”

Staff was very cordial. Hotel was, for the most part, pretty nice. The rooms had a bit of a musty smell which seems to be a repeat theme on other posts but wasn't unbearable. A bottle of Febreze would make this room perfect. The rooms were pretty nice and comfortable and decent size. Location is about as good as you will find for the price. Breakfast was top notch for a free breakfast. I will conider staying here again when I come back

“Very nice hotel”

After the recent renovation, entrance, lobby and bar looks great. Exercise room is equipped with all new machines. Breakfast which is included in the room charge, has a good selection, including make-your -own-waffle. Free coffee is available at lobby any time. Around 6 PM,the smell of freshly baked cookies fill the air. Location is excellent. Instead of paying extra for parking in the city, I always stay here in Towson which takes me no more than 20 minutes to drive to down town in the mornings.
