“Will definately go again!”

The staff was very nice and really helpful. There wern't any restuarants close by, but the hotel had a restuarant that you could dine in or pick up and take to your room. The room was very large and newly remodeled. The only dislike I had with the entire stay was the comfort of the bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that everything was really nice.

The room was very comfortable. Location ideal for my purpose. Service at the front desk could improve some. Complimentary breakfast is a big pull.

After the recent renovation, entrance, lobby and bar looks great. Exercise room is equipped with all new machines. Breakfast which is included in the room charge, has a good selection, including make-your -own-waffle. Free coffee is available at lobby any time. Around 6 PM,the smell of freshly baked cookies fill the air. Location is excellent. Instead of paying extra for parking in the city, I always stay here in Towson which takes me no more than 20 minutes to drive to down town in the mornings.

“Stay while visiting family”

I have very few if any complaints. Had a lovely King suite. Had small kitchen, as I was on the 5th floor the shower pressure was poor and I had to ask for a plug in the bath tub to take a bath. These are the only negatives. We went swimming in a clean safe pool, great morning breakfasts for guests, lovely location and plantings, newly referbished. And The most comfortable bed I ever sleep in. Lovely decor as well. I will go back there each time. As comfortable as in the Sheraton which my husband and I had always stayed in before. He is deceased so I find this more economical for my needs.

Checking in and out was fast. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and FREE! The only downside was having to go to the front desk for a do not disturb sign. But that was handed right over as soon as I asked. Close to Towson and Baltimore shopping areas. Friendly and capable staff.

Overall, an outstanding value: clean, very functional room; friendly staff, easy parking, convenient location; solid amenities. Good surprises: hassle-free wireless; fridge&nuke &little sofa in room; coin laundry on the floor (nice back-up); complimentary “happy-hour” snack spread, modest but fresh (cut fruit etc.), in lobby; excellent restaurant menu -well varied if not elaborate- and quality (dinner - didn’t try breakfast): very good crab cakes (…when in Baltimore… :), tasty tender steak, fresh salads, etc.; very comfy bed; several superior staffers. Not-so-good surprises: wireless net not pw-protected: prepare to disable sharing at log-on, and no front desk printer apparent on the network (though you *can* see what appear to be your fellow guests’ printers!); restaurant/room service only open a few hours (5p-10/11?) in the evening; and alas: front desk chronically (I was there for a week) understaffed – even for lo-maintenance me, I had to put on my shoes and go find them a few times, so, plan ahead (e.g., boarding pass)…but they try to make up with heart. One young woman – when I found her! (to identify the hotel’s print server: no clue :) – personally fetched up and printed for me an online promotion I needed; another time, the bartender himself promptly delivered the restaurant menu (absent from my in-room booklet) to my room. So definitely not an on-site vacation hotel, but a perfectly respectable business/visiting camp site. Seen far worse at 2-3x the price.

“Baltimore's Best Hotel”

You certainly hit a grand slam homerun with this hotel! Check-in took only a very few minutes, and I was given a suite at the same rate because as the desk clerk said" you will be more comfortable in a suite since you will be here for 10 days." The room was spotless, all staff members very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs,bacon,sausage,potatoes, coffee, tea, dry cereal, milk, oj, apple juice, and milk. Really nice way to start the day. The hotel was was located 2 blocks from the interstate and five minutes from 12 great eating establishments. The desk staff was knowledgeable about the area and how to get where I wanted to go. I will certainly stay there whenever I am in Baltimore. I will also be using Expedia for all my travel needs. You made everything so easy, no lines to stand no hassles at the hotel, car rental or airport. Thank-you Expedia.com.

“Very nice hotel!”

We were very surprised that this hotel only had a 3 star rating! It deserves higher! It was very nice, modern and clean. We upgraded to a king suite and it was beautiful! The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very nice. The only complaint was the ability to hear the neighbors through the walls. We could hear them talking until midnight. Luckily we were up too! The hotel was not crowded at all and I don't understand why they would put people in rooms right next to each other when they could be separated by at least a room.
