Trip to assit to the Oriole game

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: near the highway and still quiet inside.
Cons: finish the renovation... but the workers did not make noise in the morning, that was appreciated.
Location: we went to Oriole game. there was a shopping center near.
This was a one night stop to see the Oriole game, the hotel was up north to leave the next morning to go back to Canada. We came in early, before check in time the personnel at the front desk had one room ready and register us. we left to visit Baltimore and came back after game, we got the second rooms we reserve rapidly. Next morning breakfast was a buffet was delicious. Good experience overall.

impolite staff and very unfair treatment

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Better do not choose this Best Western Hotel. Although we booked through expedia they request charging USD 75.- for "any incidents" on your credit card and you need to wait 5 days after leaving before it is pulled off. Staff is very impolite; the complimentary breakfast is below the average standard and our room was not as clean as we expected it. Never ever again this hotel.

Good value

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Room was clean, we had a suite. The breakfast had basic, eggs, bacon and sausge. Choice of cereals and different breads, pancake maker was also available. Only issue was the elevators, one was out of service and the other one was slow. Walked up 5 flights of stairs after waiting 10 minute. Close too highway, but no stores or restaurants within walking distance. Only restaurant located in hotel was vietnamese.

What Price for a Night's Sleep?

Posted Jul 27, 2014
To begin with, our coupon was denied. The rate for one might was at 153.00 with an online company. Luxurious? Not hardly. This room had less to offer than an 80.00 per night.

The hotel was o.k. The staff very nice. Only dining on site Vietnamese. Unfortunately, my room was damp, very damp, and stayed that way with wall unit running continuously.

Price was great for what you get

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: NIce hotel I will stay there again. Price was great for all that you get.
Cons: The hallways need updating.
Location: Convenient to downtown, and Towson mall, 695, 95 and White Marsh. Love the privacy where the hotel sits away from the hustle and bustle.
Close to downtown, cozy, love the fact there was a microwave and fridge in the room. The carpets could be cleaner. Staff was wonderful, love the free coffee bar and free breakfast. Nice hotel.

OUTSTANDING !!!Room #427 is wheelchair accessible.

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Very clean and attractive; affordable. The wheelchair accessible bathroom was a special treat.
Cons: Everything was beyond what we expected.
Location: We met with friends from out of state; we were not really there as tourists.
Room #427 is wheelchair accessible with a HUGE bathroom, a large roll under sink and easily accessible tub/shower. It is directly across from the elevator. The bedroom with a King bed is quite comfortable and has a frig and microwave. All we could want was included in our complimentary breakfast: eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal..... Very affordable through Expedia. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Best Western hotel.
