“Convenient to Inner Harbour”

Great location only 1 block from inner harbour. Nice view of harbour from restaurant. Good quality breakfast included.

“Lovely hotel, Great deal for the price”

The neighborhood is a bit rough/could get loud at night (it's downtown Baltimore), but it is sooo convenient to all kinds of things in the Inner Harbor. I was in town for a convention and it was a quick walk to the convention center/restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly/helpful. Cab ride to the airport was about thirty bucks. I would definitely stay here if I returned to Baltimore.

“Top Notch”

We would definitely go back. From beginning to end of our one night stay everything was great; from the check-in to the large suite to great complimentary breakfast in the large well-appointed breakfast room(the "Cloud Room"). The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. The location was fantastic; only 2 blocks to the inner harbor. In fact, our room had a nice view of the harbor!

“Good value for the price”

Overall very good. Other hotels in surrounding areas were 2-3 times or even higher in price. They gave me options of parking with the hotel (valet only about $30 plus tax/night vs across the street $19/night max, which I recommend). My room was next to the street so noise/ambulance/fire trucks etc were an issue. I keep ear plugs while travelling so that was helpful. They provide good complimentary breakfast 6:30-9 am but at 9 am on weekends. I would go there again.

“Good hotel for a reasonable rate”

This is not a high class hotel but decent hotel. The hotel is located in the relatively safe area in Baltimore. The pharmacy (CVS) and a fast food restaurant (Subway) is next door to the hotel. A bedroom and a dining kitchen were separated. Continental breakfast was good. However, LAN connection in the room is not excellent although we can use a wireless LAN on the lobby floor.

“Excellent value for the money.”

The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's great value for the money.

“Can't wait to go back.”

I was very plesed with the hospitality at Brookshire. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking was expensive. Valet parking was $29.00 per day ( plus 20% parking tax was ridiculous). The only complaint was that the shower drained slowly causing water to backup around my ankles (grossed me out).

Area recommendations

Inner Harbor has it all. Dining, entertainment, arts, shopping, and sports.

“Would Def go Back”

Location is awesome and the staff was extremely helpful and polite from the second I stepped into the hotel. Room was a King Suite, the bed was of really good quality and I slept well because of it. The Suite over all was pretty low end. Furniture was worn and a little beaten. My internet was problematic and the toilet broke my first hour in the room. However the maintenance crew was there immediately and fixed both with fast and friendly service. Also hotel is pet friendly and I love that. I would def go back. Breakfast was included, no great gourmet feast but it was fine: coffee, eggs toast, cereal for the kids and waffles if you have the patience to make them yourself. Great deal for the price!

“Attention to detail”

Excellent boutique hotel. Well-staffed, hospitable and friendly, good sense of humor--some of the best hotel staff around. Very attentive to cleanliness and the evening reception is a great place to unwind. Good location for inner harbor events. But be careful driving out, watch the tight turn and high curb or you will take your bumper off.

Area recommendations

Inner harbor is a bit touristy but worth a visit. The Civil War museum is privately run; staff is history buffs. The public works museum is unique. Get a pass and take the water taxi all over: Fells Point is good for food, and can also get to Ft McHenry

“Great second home”

The staff is absolutely amazing! They remember your name and treat you more like family than just another guest. The hotel is within walking distance to the harbor with tons of great places to eat, drink, and shop.
