“Unexpected Jewel in the Inner Harbor”

My wife and our dog were pleasantly surprised with the warm helpful greeting of the hotel staff. They made us feel at home and provided helpful suggestions on where restaurants were and events happening in the city. We would go back again. Just one issue.. if you are taller than 5'11" you will have to duck in some of the rooms, I am 6'2" and I banged my head a few times before I remembered to "duck". The don't call this a boutique hotel for no reason....

“Great Stay”

The room was spacious and very well kept. Entire hotel was clean and the staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. They went out of their way to help. Shuttle to Johns Hopkins was always on time and on call - and they were so helpful. A great experience.

Short walk to Inner Harbor bars, restaurants, and the acquarium. Rooms were nicer than I expected for the price, compared to other higher priced hotels in the area.

We were in town to watch the marathon. This was a GREAT location, convenient to the Inner Harbor, the stadiums and Little Italy. Nice cocktail hour and breakfast, included in the room price. No charge for pets! Hotel is great for parties of 2, not many options for 4 adults.

“Great stay at the Brookshire Suites in Baltimore”

This hotel offered great value. It's location could not have been better for a short first time visit to Baltimore. The staff was helpful and friendly. This hotel will be my first choice on my next visit to that city.

The overall stay was good. I did not like the extra parking charges but other than that, I was satisfied.

This hotel is in a great location for the marathon and for Inner Harbor in general. The room was very clean and comfortable. Our only negative was that the room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day and being charged the resort fee of $9.95 and not getting a cleaning didn't jive well. I stopped at the desk before an early dinner to tell them and when we came back, still no cleaning. I called around 7:00 and was delivered fresh towels. They waived the fee at checkout which made it good for me. All the staff was super-friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

“Great Location if looking to stay near harbor or go to a game.”

This hotel is in a great location, rates are really reasonable and if you get a suite its extremely large. There are a lot of big name hotels if your staying in the inner harbor for a Ravens/ Orioles game. They are way overpriced. This is a hidden gem. Staff is polite and accommodating.

Staff was great. Room was very nice and clean. View from the top was beautiful. One of the best "Continental Breakfasts" for the money we ever had in Baltimore. Highly recommended.
