“Great hotel near airport”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were unfamiliar with the area and the staff provided outstanding directions and information to help us get around. The continental breakfast was very nice. This was one of the lower priced hotels in that area and it was a great experience.

“Nice place with an exceptional staff”

From the time I walked into the hotel, I was treated very well. I was greeted by several staff members on entering, breezed through check-in, asked if I wished a wake up call and received an explanation of wireless service and the free shuttle bus to local area places. The room was clean, furnished to a bit higher standard (for the price) and the various amenities were laid out like one would see in a magazine spread. Although there were noisy children in nearby rooms (heard in the hallway as I walked to the room), once in the room, not a sound was heard. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with good coffee (reg and decaf), hair dryer, phone, wireless, etc. The wireless had a strong signal but I found the speed to be a bit slow - my only less than perfect impression of the place. I received a timely wake up call and we rode the free shuttle to the airport where I dropped off my elderly mom (the driver ran around and helped her out and loaded the baggage onto the skycap's cart), watched her plane leave and was picked up again after a call to the hotel. From the time I called to the time I was picked up was perhaps eight minutes. On returning, I was given a newspaper and had a decent enough continental breakfast. Later, as I was getting ready to leave, the cleaning staff knocked (about ten) and excused themselves for disturbing me. They turned out to be as friendly and courteous as the rest of the staff. Good facility but an even better staff.

Very convenient airport location, has shuttle bus, hotel is well maintained, offers an area to purchase snacks in lobby, friendly staff.

“Good Value for your Buck!!”

We were pleasantly surprised. It was a great hotel for the price. It was clean, comfortable and quiet considering how close it is to the airport. The free breakfast was a nice addition. It wasn't gourmet but was enough to get your engine started and the coffee was good. The dining area has limited seating so the earlier you get down the better chance you have of getting a table. We were 1 for 2 with getting a table because of a wedding party and reunion. Since the elevator was close to the dining area, we opted to eat in our room that day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
