I stayed here with my daughter when we came to Baltimore to see a musical at the Hippodrome. We got in a little early and the very friendly and helpful front desk staff got our room ready and let us check in. There is 24 hr. coffee, tea and big chocolate chip cookies. They gave us directions to the local restaurants. Hotel is very clean. Front lobby has a great fireplace. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. The staff was very friendly, the room clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was excellent; timely on both departure and arrival. We will definitely stay again when flying from BWI.

“Great Place to stay”

Our Experience was great. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, even the life guard turned the pool heater up for the kids so they wouldnt get cold. The Breakfast was great, and we could get coffe and tea 24 hours a day. The room was perfect! We had a one bedroom suite with coffee maker, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. My kids asked the manager where the pool was nad he said...I'll show you and took them there and gave them a tour and told them that he will be checking to make sure they are having fun. We will stay here next time.

“Very nice hotel for the $$”

The employees were courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. The hot was perfectly comfortable, clean, & quiet. Their continental breakfast was outstanding. There is a restaurant nearby named something like G&M's (hotel staff can tell you) where they served the most delicious Maryland crab cakes.

“Great bargin”

This hotel was a great bargin and had a great location. Free laundry, cookies, breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, pool, fitness room, right next door to Chili's resturant. Movie theater about two blocks away and very close to the airport. I would stay again.

My family and I were very impressed with the amenities and excellent service at this hotel. Both our room and the lobby were very clean and the "extras" like cookies, coffee, etc. all day and night really made our visit special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Baltimore area again.

“Excellent!”

We recently went to an Orioles game and stayed overnight. The service was excellent. The shuttle service was excellent!! They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Also, the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We would stay here again!!

“Quick Stay”

This was an overnight stay, leaving from BWI early the next morning and easier than driving up that morning. The room was great, enough pillows and towels, the shower was wonderful, Would use this hotel again when we fly out of BWI

“Great Place to Stay”

The hotel staff was welcoming, professional and friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was more than I expected, Hot food, ceral, muffins, bagels and waffle maker, juices, tea, coffee, milk ... even scrambled eggs! The review I read mentioned the home made (warm, if you're lucky) chocolate chip cookies. Yup, thee they were, one the newspaper table. We didn't rent a car, even though the hotel is at the airport, the hotel shuttle gave us a ride to Ruby Tuesday's, the light rail station and would have taken us to the Arundel Mall too! Oh, and we didn't hear the planes taking off either. The hotel has a small lap pool, fitness center and jacuzzi also. The shower was great, the beds comfortable and the room had a self serve coffee maker. Our view was the parking lot, not a problem, I wasn't feeling pensive so I didn't have to stare out the window much. I would recommend Country Inn and Suites to all and I plan on trying out some of their other properties.
