I had no issues, really. The only thing I can really complain about is the carpet. It was old, dingy, and my room smelled like a wet dog. However, overall my room was very clean, the hotel staff was very courteous, and the location is very accessible to everything in Laurel. I actually went thru Expedia, but when i got there all the rooms with 2 queens were booked. The person on duty automatically upgraded me to a king size suite free of charge, no questions asked. Had a great time!

Wedding weekend

It was a convenient location to get to a wedding I was attending. I just needed a place to lay my head. It did the job.

Pros: Continental breakfast was good
Cons: wifi was too slow
Location: location was good to access Baltimore and Washington DC
The location was good to access Baltimore and Washington DC. Continental breakfast was ok. But wifi was terrible.

Negatives, carpet in room was worn a little and maybe a few more channels on the tv. Other than that, very nice hotel. Stayed for 3 days and visited family and the inner harbor. Cleaning staff was very nice and thorough. Clean sheets and towels every day. The breakfast was good. Front desk staff was pleasant. For the money, can't beat it. When we visit again, we are definitely staying here again

At check in we were promptly charged $40 more then we expected. The room was filthy with hair on the bathroom floor. The carpet was so dirty it turned our whit socks black!

One of the best hotels in the area, but this place is still a dump. I had higher expectations upon arriving. Free breakfast yes... Nothing to get excited about though. Plan accordingly b/c the dining area is small & gets crowded. Hotel rooms are small & bath tub is slippery so be careful. The room isn't the cleanest. With all this said... I did get what I paid for but, I don't think it was worth the price.

Disappointed

When we arrived, the floor had clearly not been vacuumed and the sink counter had crusted soap chunks on it. The AC was irradic ....thermostat was not acting right. Had to wait 20 min at check in, and were ignored. Breakfast ends way too early. Our door was always jammed.... Hard to enter. Coffee maker kept turning off. Needed unplugged/ re plugged. Safe was broken. Maid banged on door early as we slept when privacy sign was up.
