The room was "clean", but the sheets looked very dirty and there were roaches in the room. Our front door didn't shut all the way either, we had to put the coffee table against it.

This is a budget hotel, however the rooms we stayed in were clean, and comfortable. I liked the hardwood floors. The staff was friendly and helpful. If smelling weed bothers you than don't stay here, but if you just want a no frills room because you're working out of town it's perfect

Horrific, I booked four rooms for four workers, and immediately after check in they are sending me pictures of filthy rooms and crawling roaches, never again.

The room was clean for the most part Staff was helpful when at front desk Area not to nice and some guests at hotel are questionable and a lot of drug addicts and possible illegal activity throughout the court yard I didn’t feel safe late at night going out of the room

Please take some serious consideration in having these accommodations properly maintained, sanitized and renovated. The mold in the bathrooms are beyond a detriment to others. Overall it was horrible and shouldn’t have been. The shuttle service was good. However there was mold in the bathroom ceiling and bathtub. I requested a simple refund and out to the next hotel where the manager “Andy” refused the refund, had a horrible attitude about it and only offered another room. I stated if one room has mold he’s probably unaware if other rooms had and the medical risks to me, so just a refund. Still refused refund. Had to get my bank involved and wasted time and resources. Not to mention the constant smells of weed throughout the premises, hearing people walk outside the door… Spend the money and go someplace else. Trust me.

Some parts of the room was falling apart, the guests in the next room were very noisy. The door in the bathroom had to be lifted to close it. Over all I should have paid a little extra to stay at a better place.

While the staff was friendly and the hotel's overall cleanliness was okay. I did not enjoy my short stay for these reasons: 1. The non-working refrigerator in the room (I specifically wanted one because I had things that needed refrigeration) 2. The ice machine on the 3rd floor (had to keep going down to the second floor for ice to keep my things cold) 3. I had a major issue with what I was billed by Red Roof Inn and kept being bounced between Red Roof Inn and Expedia to receive credit for the over billing. The staff had no knowledge on how to handle this situation and as of today I am still looking for my credit.
