Front desk, and restaurant and bar staff exceptional. Special kudos to Desiree, Deb, and Katia. First two nights were spent in room on second floor in B Tower. Room had not been properly vacuumed and dusted. There were cookie crumbs from previous occupant and furniture was dusty. Room was not fully serviced on second day's stay. Cookie crumbs still on the floor, coffee packets for coffee pot not restocked and had to request towels be sent up to the room. Also request for "Do not disturb" sign was never fulfilled by housekeeping. Also, on first night, loud party in nearby ballroom, and marching band practicing in a nearby parking lot kept me up until 1:00 am. Needed to spend third night because a flight cancellation. Given an excellent rate by hotel directly and put in sixth floor in A Tower. Room was exceptionally clean. Everything properly serviced, plenty of coffee packets, water bottles, bathroom fully stocked with toiletries. I would stay here again because of great staff on front desk, and bar and restaurant . Recommend tightening-up housekeeping on second floor in B Tower. Spot inspections by property manager would probably be helpful.

The hotel was convenient for what we had going on, was in good condition, and the room was clean. Where we had issues was with the servicing of the room. We had 3 towels in the room when we arrived, obviously 2 were used for showers. When the room was serviced, the towels were taken but not replaced. That evening it took 3 calls to the front desk and 3+ hours to get more towels delivered to the room (they brought 3 more). The next day two more towels used, soap bar taken, neither replaced. Fortunately we had 2 towels still, and used the facial soap bar to shower with.

We were totally impressed by the facility and the staff. Easy to access from BWI and a quick drive to Annapolis. Very quiet considering how busy they were.

I would have rated this hotel a "5" except for these reasons: 1. Locating the room was tricky. The instructions from the front desk staff were not clear and I took the wrong set of elevators. When I went back to ask where my room was located, the same front desk staff person was short with me and I felt like he was berating me for taking the wrong elevators, even though his directions weren't clear in the first place. 2. I did not sleep well because there was a wedding reception taking place in the hotel, and people were noisy in the halls, and because there was a dog in the next room that was frequently barking. 3. It was difficult to find a parking space, perhaps because of the wedding? I had to park all the way in the rear of the hotel.

Pros: Appearance - Simple but pretty and functional. Staff was very courteous and helpful
Cons: Room temp and hallway temps were dramatically different Hand bars on bathroom tub for safety
Room was clean, neat, and staff was courteous and helpful. Enjoyed our stay
