Pros: Excellent location in regard to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Loved the complimentary happy hour for hotel guests. Never had that anywhere before.
Stayed for two nights. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Fast elevators and friendly staff. Would stay here again in an instant. Price was agreeable. Paid parking in conveniently located nearby or you can use the valet service offered by the hotel for a higher price.

Nice Price for Downtown Location

Posted Dec 9, 2014
We stayed at this Embassy Suites on a Saturday night. Check in was efficient and the room was fine. Breakfast left something to be desired when compared to the experience at the Waltham, MA, Embassy Suites we normally stay at. This hotel has 2 burners for the custom omelets compared to 5 in Waltham. I was in the omelet line for 20 minutes and there were only 5 people ahead of me. They ran out of decaf coffee for at least 20 minutes and they ran out of potatoes and forks. It was almost like they were not expecting the onslaught that started at 9. The beds were fine, but the thick mattress required a bottom sheet with deep pockets which it did not have so it kept riding up all night.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Embassy Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor! We regret if our breakfast experience did not match up to the other Embassy Suites you mentioned in your review. Our team works very hard to ensure that food, beverage, and utensils are replenished in a timely manner, and regret if this was not the case for you. Please be assured of our best efforts to welcome you and regain your confidence in us.

overall great experience. Parking situation is horrible. Do not pay 32.00 a day to valet park. Use the parking garage next door. It was 32.00 for two and a half days! There is no wi fi that is free on any floor besides lobby and 2nd. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise though.

Great if you can get a reasonable rate

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Suite, full breakfast included, staff
Cons: Need to offer free in room wifi. Juice machine was broken during weekend stay.
Very happy at the expedia rate. I would not be as happy at the full rate. The fact that this place is still charging for in room wifi in 2014 is almost comical though. Hey Embassy Suites, it's no longer 2002. The Super 8s of the world have figured this out, go ahead and join the 21st century.

Thank you for your comments! We regret to learn if the juice machine was not functioning normally during your recent stay. Also, we apologize if the cost for in-room WiFi caused any inconvenience, however, please be aware that there is complimentary internet available in the lobby level of our hotel.

Nice stay in a clean hotel that needs updating

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Price, Location, breakfast and parking
Cons: hall appearance
Location: Good location
Enjoyable stay in a nice part of town. Hotel was clean and friendly but in need of updating, especially carpeting in hallways. Particularly nice were the free buffet breakfast and inexpensive nightly parking. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Need to offer turkey bacon, turkey or chicken sausage on breakfast buffet for tjhose who do not eat pork or beef.
Location: Walking distance to the Harbor.
Pleasant stay. No problems. Like the closeness to the Harbor. As is the Embassy Suites tradition, breakfast buffet was included - don't change this - I am a breakfast person, but I don't eat pork or beef, and they did not offer turkey bacon, or turkey or chicken breakfast suasage.

Nice find.

Stayed one night. We were exausted and were happy not to have to leave the hotel. Happy Hour and bistro restaurant satisfied our needs. This hotel is not on the water but in the financial district. Still close to everything but you do have to walk. The suite was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is the best, the works. So convenient. Beware: Valet parking is 35.00
