“definitely an extended stay hotel”

Front desk staff was very friendly. This hotel is for longer stays and I only stayed 1 night. They don't supply shampoo, conditioner or lotion like other hotels. There was 1 little bar of soap. Front desk staff printed my boarding pass for my flight home. There isn't a business center if you have business needs.

“Comfy and Cheap.”

The hotel was nice, good location, great staff. Just one negative the blanket was dirty but the staff replaced it with a new one.

“A great CHEAP place to stay in Linthicum”

I met the manager and she was so nice. Very friendly and conversational. The room was great....it had a nice little efficiency with a fridge, microwave, coffee, etc. The bed was comfortable. My only two small issues: *The TV was too small. Most hotels these days have a large flat screen tv. *I had to call down for extra pillows........just because I like a lot of pillows. When I called the front desk, the woman asked me if I wanted to come to the front desk to pick them up myself. I said "Well, is that my only option?" She said, "Well, I guess I could bring them to you." Gee thanks......this is a full-service hotel, right? But the hotel itself and the female manager were superb!

“Not impressed”

The hotel was difficult to find, in fact my cab driver got lost. There were no services in the hotel including things as simple as a soft drink machine.

“Not Happy”

I was not happy with hotel from a maintenance & cleanliness standpoint. The airconditioner was broken in the first room we checked into - only the fan worked.We had to move rooms since it was over 90 degrees outside. The second room had a broken faucet in the bathtub - we finally got it to work. Since the faucet was pulled away from the wall it had black dirt on the hardware.

“Extended Stay BWI”

This hotel is in need of a renovation. The analog TV has outlived its usefulness. The number of TV channels is minimal. There is no one at the front desk before 7 AM. When I inquired about checking out before 7 AM I was told there is a drop box at the front desk. It's a good think I looked for it the day before I checked out as it wasn't there. When I expressed my concern I was told I could leave the keys in the room. Overall there were a lot of little annoyances that could easily be improved.

“unfortunate”

Room was billed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke - very badly. No other room was available. Front desk was manned by one person at prime time check in and person was overwhelmed and it was obvious.

“Run, don't walk away from this hotel!”

I travel regularly for business. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for over 35 years of travelling. After the third room I was in was no good, I left and went to another hotel at 11:00PM at night. The sheets were not clean (found hairs, stains, etc.), the non smoking room reeked of smoke, there were cigarette burns in the carpet, overall disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog stay in one of their rooms.
