One of the reasons we booked here was because of the cheaper extended stay parking. It is advertised that parking is only $7 a night while you are away. When we checked in and asked about the parking we were told that they would not honor this as we didn’t book a package with parking. I didn’t even know that was an option. When I asked what I was supposed to do I was told to park at the airport. Exactly what we were trying to avoid.

The women at the check in desk was very friendly and efficient. Entering the room, the TV was on, pillows were on a chair, no sheets or blankets on bed, no towels or shower curtain. Again the woman on the desk was super apologetic but we went somewhere else

Found a big hair in the bedsheets. Caused us to fear that the sheets had not been changed before we came. Which was pretty horrible feeling to deal with all night. Other than that the whole place was great.

When I checked in the woman was preoccupied….she didn’t tell me how much the hotel room was prior to asking me to sign for the cost. When I asked her she could not tell me the cost just said I had to sign. Then, I asked about the extended parking and was informed that this was no longer offered. Hotel was clean. Pool was small, but nice.

I called a head twice about parking there while we were on vacation and the person I talked to said that wouldn't be a problem. I also asked them if each person in my party (4) could pay for their own rooms and was told "no problem". When we arrived, we were told there was no parking and we couldn't split the rooms. We had to find out where to park etc. Not a good experience.

Close to airport and offered free 24 hour transportation to the airport. Parking lot was small and only one person working at front desk so there was a line at check in and it take a while.

Very lovely hotel that’s clean, welcoming, comfortable. They offer plenty breakfast options that’s are highly recommended and delicious. Check in and check out are completely hassle free. Beds are super comfortable and the bathroom amenities are great as well.

Stayed here after arriving at BWI airport late at night and drove home the next day. Hotel was close to the airport but was quiet enough that you couldnt hear the planes taking off/landing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

When I first walked into the room the first thing I noticed was the smell of the room. It smelt amazing. When I walked in further the room was cleaned and the sight was amazing. The staff here is very welcoming and very patient with the elderly. Definitely will book here again.

Called multiple times before getting through. Took half an hour. Called to ask about where to meet the shuttle just to be told No shuttle was available because of increment weather. Very upsetting since I was alone with a baby and lots of bags. But they did reimburse my Uber. Otherwise I loved my stay.

I’m very disappointed with my stay somehow there was an issue with our keycard and we were unable to access our room. No one was able to get us in the room for 3 or more hours no matter how many time they redid it or made new cards. I’m anemic and had to sit in the cold lobby the time until they decided to send someone to the hotel to fix the situation, and they were out off hot coco which is the only warm beverage that I drink. I just want to get in my warm room which I heated up for when we came back from the pool.The rooms are small. The staff was friendly, the kids were in the pool and after they got out we all were in the cold lobby 10 something at night. They did give the kids that were in the pool blankets. But it was weird being in swim attire in the lobby. I will never stay there again it was to many issues.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast has a lot of options and plenty of seating. Everything inside the room was easy to use & the pool/gym area were clean.
Checking and check out was a breeze & we made use of the long term parking option for our trip. As well as the shuttle to and from BWI.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but my hotel room smelled so bad with whatever awful fragrance they use either on the carpets or on the bedding that I couldn't sleep. And when I got home, all of my clothes both on my body and in my suitcase and the suitcase itself, stank of the frangrance and I hadn't even put my suitcase on the floor or bed. I had to either air out or wash everything. I have never had that happen in all of my years of travel in at least 3 hotels per year. Please do not keep up this practice - imagine what happens for people with allergies or who have chemical sensitivities. Awful.
