Accommodating Hotel with Appeal
Posted Jan 10, 2013
Pros: The bed and the big pillows for sitting up in the bed. The 24hr shuttle.
Cons: Not enough storage for more than one suitcase. Also, the vending machince for a late night quenching was not stocked.
Location: Great for being on the Airport grounds.
Hotel was great, staff was exceptional. The restaurant was good, a little expensive and not much lunch variety. The soda pop machine was not restocked for a purchase. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again. The information provided by staff for event that I was attending was very helpful.

Four Points BWI

Older property located on BWI property. Free shuttle to airport. Not the best I've stayed in, but proximity to BWI adds a "star".

Great hotel for family and business.

This hotel experience was great from the front desk to the room to the restaurant/bar. The food and service was excellent. It is the closest hotel to the BWI airport. I don't know about other rooms but i was not bothered by aircraft noise. I would definitely return. Excellent price as well.

Very comfortable hotel
Posted Jan 23, 2013
I needed a hotel that was very close to the airport, as I was arriving late in the evening (10 pm). This airport was ideal. It was very comfortable and clean, and they were very quick to pick me up at the airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for others.

Convenient to Train and Rail System

Perfect place to stay for the Preakness. The hotel has a shuttle service that is perfect for getting to and from BWI. The bar is small but serves excellent food (I love the soups as well as the Caesar Salad with crab meat and the crab pizza). The rooms are somewhat small but the beds are very comfortable. We stay there every year for Preakness.

Great For BWI Flights!
Posted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: The closest hotel to BWI, free shuttle to and from airport, quality of food, parking.
Cons: Needs an overhang at lobby entrance so people can load / unload without getting rained or snowed on.
Location: Located on BWI airport property and has an Arby's on the other side of the street.
We live in Maryland, but its about a 90 minute trip to the airport, so we booked this hotel so we could arrive the night before, rest, and use the shuttle to the terminal. We arrived late in the night due to rain and darkness. We were surprised that the main entrance did not have the normal overhang hotels usually have so you can unload without getting soaked. Our booking was for the Park and Fly package, where you can stay for one night and get up to 7 days free parking at the hotel thats far cheaper than airport parking. It only took 4-5 minutes to checking, which included the slip you fill out for parking your car. We opted to do room service since it was raining. The food was excellent, far better than one would expect at this star-level, but it did cost a touch over $100 with tip for me and the wife. The room is what you would expect for this star-level, was clean, and stocked with the usual items. For a hotel so close to the airport, it was quiet in our room. You could hear planes taking off, but just barely, otherwise no other sounds. The next morning, we went to the lobby where they provide free shuttle service to the airport. Hotel is on airport property, so it only took maybe 4-5 minutes from lobby to our terminal drop-off area. Upon our return to BWI, we called the hotel and told them we needed the shuttle and where we were located. About 8-10 minutes later the shuttle was there for us.
