“awful experinces ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

poor service ,front desk person was clueless about hes own hotel.,arrived at hotel,front desk told me i had no reservations which i did after half hour he found my reservations,room smelled,refrigerator did work,ice machine on last,beds were hard.extremely bad experience.

“the worst hotel i've ever seen”

first night when we arrived the hotel, the officer didn't even opened his door to talk with us. the hotel room was very dirty, and smells horrible. it is totally different from the pictures in the website. there is no hairdryer, shampoo. i am pretty sure they didn't wash the sheet and blanket. the neighborhood is scary. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody!

“Horrible”

My review is that this hotel was very scary looking. From the walls to the floor, everything was dirty. Their rooms look very dark and gloomy. Their wasn't too much of room service available. The customer service was weak. I should of stayed somewhere else.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The inside of it was nvery unclean and none of the employees spoke a word of english. The bed was very uncomfortable and the towels in the bathroom were just a little larger than the wash cloths. People here have no respect for other guests and the staff does nothing about it. I would never stay at this place again, let alone recommend it to anyone.

ARRIVED 1AM, TO LATE AND TIRED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL. BATHTUB IN 1ST ROOM HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE FECES IN IT AND ROOM WAS FILTHY. SECOND NONSMOKING ROOM SMELLED OF SMOKE. LARGE SPILL THICK AND BLACK NEXT TO MICROWAVE STAND ON RUG. MOLDY PIECE OF FOOD ON OTHER SIDE OF MICROWAVE STAND. LARGE DRIPS DOWN OUTSIDE OF MICROWAVE & INSIDE WAS DIRTY. BURN HOLES IN RUG, SHEETS, BLANKETS AND SPREADS. LARGE STAINS ON BEDSPREAD. LIGHTS BY BED DIDN'T WORK. BURN HOLES IN LAMP SHADES AND LARGE PIECES OF SHADES BROKEN AND MISSING. GUM ON A/C BUTTONS AND UNIT. CURTAINS HAD BURN HOLES AND RAZOR SLASHES. BROWN SMEAR ACROSS WINDOW. RUG SO DIRTY WE DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO WALK IN SOCKS. ALL SHELVES BROKEN OFF WALLS. HAIR IN SHOWER & A CLUMP BEHIND TOILET. CURLY PUBIC HAIR ON FRONT INSIDE EDGE OF TOILET. HALLS AND RUGS VERY DIRTY. EXTERIOR LOCKS TO HALLS DIDN'T WORK ALLOWING ANYONE IN. GIRL AT DESK IN MORNING DIDN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND MUCH ENGLISH AND HAD TO CALL NIGHT MANAGER TO TRANSLATE. I FELL IN SLIPPERY TUB, DIDN'T GET HURT BUT WANTED IT DOCUMENTED. HE SAID THEY DIDN'T TAKE ACCIDENT REPORTS AND I SHOULD CALL MY INSURANCE IF I GOT HURT. I HAD TO CALL POLICE TO TAKE ACCIDENT REPORT. I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN IF THEY PAID ME. EXPEDIA REFUNDED MY MONEY. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN OR BEEN IN. I WISH I COULD DISPLAY THE PICTURES HERE. WORDS CAN'T DISCRIBE THIS PLACE. IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS NO MAINTAINENCE OR CLEANING STAFF.

“Never never again”

If I had another option I would have not stayed here and I even considered spending my own money just to get out of this hotel. Bed was awful and I had to pick the towel with the least amount of stains on it to use. I travel every other week and this by far has been the worst hotel in years.

Room was dirty loud out side being that people actually lived there and room was not as depicted in the pictures, they didnt even have a phone in the room. I go to check in and they didnt even have me in the system. All around worst hotel experience ever.

“Dirty and Rundown”

This hotel was rundown, dirty, and had a feeling of being unsafe. The grounds were completely unkept, with weeds in every crack and litter everywhere. The building was in serious need of a good paint job. The first floor smelled terrible and I wished I could somehow bypass it anytime i entered or left the building. The stairwell was dirty. Random bags of trash were laying around the premises. Inside the room, the handle to the bathroom was falling apart, one towel rack was broken and just lying on the ground, the desk drawer was broken and hanging down, and instead of the standard shampoo and conditioner there was two bottles of body lotion. I was able to sleep on the bed, but only because I was completely exhausted from my day's travel. In general, it functioned as a place to sleep but I was glad that I didn't have to spend much time in or around the hotel.

“filthy and more of a homeless shelter”

shower was not clean. black hair stuck to walls of shower and soap from former guests. no new soap. hallway carpet and stairway had throwup. homeless living in stairway. no cart for luggage and i was on the 4th floor. i threw out my back and was not to happy about any of it.
