Hotel is convenient and close to family in Catonsville. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. In a nice neighborhood and close to shopping and restuarants. Very quiet.

We thought your hotel was nice, clean, and everything was fine. We stayed just one night, but it was a comfortable night. It was close to our destination, which was helpful.

Nice Area

Pros: Breakfast was above average but not as high quality as last year. Coffee is provided in the lobby 24/7 with fresh cookies in late afternoon.
Cons: Better customer service.
Location: Hotel is within walking distance of a grocery,restaurants & other ammenities.
Stayed here one year ago and the customer service was much better then. Asked for a wake-up call twice and never got it (alarm in room did not work which we reported and it remained in non-working condition throughout our 5 day stay). We did have our phone alarm, but if you are not going to provide a service, don't offer it. The first day we were there we did not receive housekeeping service and the second day we did not receive any washcloths. The staff was pleasant, but somewhat lacking in customer service.

It was great. Really loved how close it was to Merriweather Post Pavilion for M3! Awesome stay!
