“Excellent atmosphere and business amenities”

The staff was excellent; personable and very helpful. The hotel is top quality, flat screen TV, internet connectivity, and just 3 months old at the time I visited.

“New in 2006”

The hotel was built in 2006 so everything is new, clean, and the staff was egger to please. We had lunch in their new restaurant and ordered room service after midnight. The food was good both times, but the prices were a little steep, as expected. We went to the second floor and looked at the pool and spa, which looked inviting, yet we never found the time to go for a swim. I have stayed at several hotels in the BWI area, and would recommend this property to friends.

“AWESOME GUEST SERVICE!!”

I have never stayed at a hotel with such genuine people. Every hotel employee from housekeeping to the front desk took their position to the highest level of performance. Never once did I pass an employee that did not say hello, good morning...etc. I will MOST definitely stay here without a doubt!! This all made a huge impression on me. You can tell when someone cares about what they are doing or if it was an act.... There was no acting here. Thank you all for everything!!

“Excellent Choice”

My sons and I had an outstanding experience at the BWI Hilton. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. Access to downtown Baltimore was easy and the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. The only thing which made our stay better was the Orioles winning 7-4.

“Best Bed”

We stayed at several hotels in the Baltimore area. The Hilton was by far the best in several ways. It was self-contained, with a nice bar area and the in-house restaurant served excellant food. But the BED was heavenly - even more comfortable than ours at home! Kudos, Hilton BWI - keep up the good work. We appreciate the hospitality.

“Excellent Hilton - great place to rest before a flight”

Great place to rest before the early flight - 24 hour shuttle to BWI. Bar is superb!

“Airport hotel”

Nice hotel very close to the airport. Great place to stay if you're traveling in/out of Baltimore. They offer a free shuttle to/from the airport as well as the lightrail and train stations. The onsite restaurant offers decent food for a quick bite and a bar to grab a drink.

“Good value for the $”

We went up to stay over night to take the grandkids to the airport. This hotel seemed to have the best prices for similar accomodations in the BWI vicinity. The desk staff, resturant staff and pool attendant were extremely professional and helpful. The indor pool is huge compared to most hotels, and it was very well maintained. The AC wasn't as powerful as it should have been, but otherwise a good deal.
