Room was not Ready...

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: The ballpark view room did have a very nice view of Camden Yards.
Cons: If check-in is at 4pm, all rooms should be ready by that time. Checkout time may need to be adjusted.
We arrived at the hotel around 3:30pm in the afternoon. Check-in is at 4pm. We were there to see the Orioles game and wanted to drop off our luggage and freshen up before heading over to the park. We were hoping to get over to the park a couple hours before the game to see the players warm-up and take batting practice. Our room was not ready at 4pm. Our room was not ready at 5pm. Our room was still not ready at 6pm. At 6:05pm, we received the call that our room was ready. Needless to say, we did not get over to the park to see any warm-ups and/or batting practice.

Staff was amazing. Got to Baltimire early to attend a wedding early afternoon. The hotel was booked totally the night before. Front end staff did everything they could to accommodate me. I was able to get a room, get dress and make it to the wedding on time.

Overall good stay. Will def return! Great view of the ballpark! No sheer curtains so it was either black out drapes or wide open daylight. No outlets on the lamps worked. Staff was great! Cocktail lounge could use some new furniture and more staff especially after a game!

Hotel Stay

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The staff was pleasant and quick nd ready to help.
Cons: Stop charging costumers for every little thing exspecially for the price the rooms are for one night.
Location: The location was great for going to a baseball game but if you want to go downtown you better have your walking shoes on.
Upon checking in expidia confirmed my stay but the hotel had know knowledge of this nor was I in there system. Then they said that they didn't have any rooms but they would do there best to get me one. The room was the one that I orignally choose so I don't know why they said they didn't have any. The room was 438.00 for one night because they also charged me 20.00 more for a king size bed. The room itself was a normal room with nothing spectacular about it. I would not recommend this hotel for the money that I paid. I rate this as a 3 star not a 4 1/2 star.

Bring a lot of money.

WiFi was not free but never worked. Pool attendant was unfriendly. Other than these things, everyone was friendly and helpful. Location was great for sports and the Harbor. Rooms comfortable but no fridge.

Awesome

We came down for an Orioles game, stayed over night and visited inner harbor & the aquarium the following morning. The hotel and staff were amazing. The location is perfect with everything we wanted to do in walking distance. Only constructive criticism I offer is that parking at the hotel should be free for hotel guests.

I would stay there again.

Pros: Excellent staff. Restaurant was competitively priced.
Cons: Guests often had to get help at the front desk because the concierge was not available.
Location: Free city bus system makes getting around downtown easy.
Within walking distance to lots of attractions. Phillips Restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, Aquarium, maritime exhibits (USS Constellation, Torsk Submarine). Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Across the street from Camden Yards ballpark, Sports Legends Museum and Geppi’s Entertainment Museum. One block away from the Convention Center.

Wish fridges came standard in all rooms

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: The décor was nice and the hotel bar.
Location: Loved the location! Very close to all the attractions we like! Always have a blast in Baltimore!
Stay was great! Just wished there was a fridge in the room since we had leftovers from dinner, but that was it! Love Baltimore! Also, we got to see some famous peeps! That was fun!
