Bring a lot of money.

WiFi was not free but never worked. Pool attendant was unfriendly. Other than these things, everyone was friendly and helpful. Location was great for sports and the Harbor. Rooms comfortable but no fridge.

Awesome

We came down for an Orioles game, stayed over night and visited inner harbor & the aquarium the following morning. The hotel and staff were amazing. The location is perfect with everything we wanted to do in walking distance. Only constructive criticism I offer is that parking at the hotel should be free for hotel guests.

I would stay there again.

Pros: Excellent staff. Restaurant was competitively priced.
Cons: Guests often had to get help at the front desk because the concierge was not available.
Location: Free city bus system makes getting around downtown easy.
Within walking distance to lots of attractions. Phillips Restaurant, Hard Rock Cafe, Aquarium, maritime exhibits (USS Constellation, Torsk Submarine). Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Across the street from Camden Yards ballpark, Sports Legends Museum and Geppi’s Entertainment Museum. One block away from the Convention Center.

Wish fridges came standard in all rooms

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: The décor was nice and the hotel bar.
Location: Loved the location! Very close to all the attractions we like! Always have a blast in Baltimore!
Stay was great! Just wished there was a fridge in the room since we had leftovers from dinner, but that was it! Love Baltimore! Also, we got to see some famous peeps! That was fun!

Nice Hotel, beware of room description.

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Staff. Location.
Cons: Better attention to detail. More accurate representation of rooms in descriptions. Harbor view means you can see harbor.
Location: Camden yards next door, restaurants, convention center, inner harbor. Lots to do.
I had reserved a harbor view room with a king for my 15 year anniversary after staying here for my 10 yr and really liking it. When we got to our room this time our room was on the harbor side but we saw absolutely no harbor at all or anything near it really. Plus there was a roll away bed in the room which I also did not ask for. After calling the desk and waiting 15 minutes we were very well taken care of and put in a much better room and were very happy with the room itself. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room itself and view was wonderful. But still, the TV didn't work, wouldn't even turn on. There was a beautiful whirlpool bathtub but the light over it flickered constantly like a strobe light so you would've ended up having an epileptic seizure if you used it. View was gorgeous from the 19th floor though. Overall a nice hotel, but missing the dots over the i's and crosses on the t's.

Was in town to watch the Bengals play the Ravens. The Bengals stayed here. Close to both stadiums, inner harbor, and casino. Lovely hotel!

Expected More from a Hilton

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Good Location within walking distance of Inner Harbor and the two stadiums.
Cons: Don't overbook. If a room requested by patron is not available, they should let you know at checking.
