Last minute decision that turned out to be very pleasant. No problems, no issues, no worries. Just a good night's sleep. Thank you.

Great Place To StayPosted Jan 4, 2015
The staff was fantastic. The room was awesome. Happy hour with Ronda was great. The shuttle drivers were amazing. I would stay here again and again.

Rude servicePosted Jan 2, 2015
When deciding where to stay on New Year's Eve, our first choice was Hilton because we have always had very good experiences with them and even though the cost was higher than the other hotels nearby, we decided to book through Expedia with the Hilton because the website stated that breakfast was included in the price. When we went to eat breakfast the next morning we were told that breakfast was no longer included in the price that it had been a mistake on the website and has since been changed.

Typical Hilton Expectations MetPosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Location and Shuttle Service.
Cons: I would recommend using drano in the showers or something so that they drain faster. I would also recommend adding soap dishes for the bathroom sink.
Location: This hotel is a few hundred feet from Arundel Mills Mall and the Maryland Live Casino which is very good. Tons of restaurants and things to do.
We stayed at this hotel near Arundel Mills Mall for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Great location with shuttle service for free within a 5 mile radius. The beds and such are good, although I would hope the shower drain worked faster. I don't care for standing in the water while showering. The lobby, pool, and other amenities are all Hilton typical quality etc.

Never AgainPosted Dec 15, 2014
Cons: Hotel and Expedia work together to satisfy customers. Softer beds.
Location: Arundel Mills
We didnt get the room as pictured. Hotel staff wouldnt help due to being booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel directly. Beds were hard as a rock and bathroom wasnt throughly cleaned.

Weekend getaway ruined!Posted Dec 14, 2014
I booked an overnight stay as a romantic getaway. We wanted to have a romantic evening and then get up in the morning and finish Christmas shopping at the mall. We were not given the room we reserved and even after showing our confirmation, they refused to change our room. We reserved a room with 1 king and we were placed in a double handicap room. This made for anything but a romantic getaway. We were inconvenienced and the hotel showed no remorse...simply blamed it on Expedia and said it wasn't their fault. I'll never return there.

Great Weekend Escape.Posted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: Front Desk Staff and of course, the mattress.
Cons: Provide complimentary water bottles (2).
Upon our early check-in (8:30 AM) and after a 4 Hr. drive from NYC....being greeted with pleasantry was very welcoming. Front Desk staff were very informative and accommodating. Suggestion of a restaurant for Dinner was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed it. The cleanliness of the room, the quietness was great as well BUT the best was sleeping in their specialty mattresses....now that was an EXPERIENCE! I slept like a baby! People book, book, book! You will not regretted! Signed: One HAPPY, HAPPY client!

close to everything!Posted Nov 19, 2014
Pros: clean, large lobby with nice décor, very friendly personnel
Cons: the only thing that could make this hotel better would be if it included breakfast. Most hotels do and I really can not understand why this hotel did n
Location: great location.close to interstate. very close to Arundel mills and live casino.only took us 15 minutes to get to inner harbor.
close to all the things we came to enjoy in Baltimore and surrounding areas~inner harbor, federal hill, Arundel mills outlet mall, Live casino and Columbia.even though we never used the shuttle I think its great that there is one to take you to Arundel mills outlet mall and live casino. It was also a nice surprise that they gave each of us $15 coupon for the casino,

Nice, close to airport and car rentalPosted Nov 18, 2014
Booked room with cot,. Told no cot allowed in room due to fire Hazzard. Made exception and had to pay $15 for cot. Cot delivered to room and staff would not make the bed. Told we have to do it. Lousy service. Liked the fact hotel is close to airport and return rental car...complimentary van service to airport was great..prompt.
