Pros: Close to casino and mall
Stay was good, got snowed in shuttle stopped running. Staff was okay except one member.

Poor customer service

Check in process was terrible. Staff was not friendly and unapproachable. Check in took too much time and was not an easy process even though I used Expedia and they had all my information. Pool was filthy and hot tub was not working. Never saying there again and I will choose Marriott next time.

Staff was great but the 3 meals i've eaten have all had hair in them. Don't expect to use the pool or hot tub until 4:00PM everyday--why bother??

Great Place To Stay

The staff was fantastic. The room was awesome. Happy hour with Ronda was great. The shuttle drivers were amazing. I would stay here again and again.

Rude service

When deciding where to stay on New Year's Eve, our first choice was Hilton because we have always had very good experiences with them and even though the cost was higher than the other hotels nearby, we decided to book through Expedia with the Hilton because the website stated that breakfast was included in the price. When we went to eat breakfast the next morning we were told that breakfast was no longer included in the price that it had been a mistake on the website and has since been changed.

Typical Hilton Expectations Met

Pros: Location and Shuttle Service.
Cons: I would recommend using drano in the showers or something so that they drain faster. I would also recommend adding soap dishes for the bathroom sink.
Location: This hotel is a few hundred feet from Arundel Mills Mall and the Maryland Live Casino which is very good. Tons of restaurants and things to do.
We stayed at this hotel near Arundel Mills Mall for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. Great location with shuttle service for free within a 5 mile radius. The beds and such are good, although I would hope the shower drain worked faster. I don't care for standing in the water while showering. The lobby, pool, and other amenities are all Hilton typical quality etc.

Pros: Location
Cons: Hotel and Expedia work together to satisfy customers. Softer beds.
Location: Arundel Mills
We didnt get the room as pictured. Hotel staff wouldnt help due to being booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel directly. Beds were hard as a rock and bathroom wasnt throughly cleaned.
