Best sleep ever!

Pros: The Beds were extremely comfortable
Cons: parking
Location: We were near a lot of shopping, inner harbor, and theaters it was a very convenient location.
From the moment we arrived we new this was the hotel for us, everyone greeted us with smiles and were very courteous,( not something you see too often in a big city area) when we got to our room we were extremely pleased at the cleanliness and the beds were down right awesome! The staff at this hotel was always there for us from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff they just couldn't do enough to help us.

Pretty good stay

This was our second stay here. Great staff, comfy beds you could adjust the softness of. Only downside was the room shared an adjacent wall with the elevator, which was noisy at times. Also didn't realize it wasn't a complimentary breakfast. Food was yummy though.

Nice hotel close to airport.

Pros: Friendliness of staff. Morning breakfast buffet (although you had to pay) was actually cheaper than Bob Evans. Restaurants nearby. Close to airport
Cons: Communication between airport shuttle driver and front desk.
Location: Close to the airport. Not far from downtown Baltimore. Train from Airport to Baltimore. Two diners nearby (Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel).
My only complaint was waiting for the airport shuttle that passed me by (not even looking in my direction) after I received instructions from the front desk on where to stand. The good experience was when I told Kate (at the front desk of my experience) she gave me a coupon that was good for a breakfast (and it turned out to be almost the same that I paid for the taxi cab from the airport). Mostly sound-proof rooms even though there was a lot of kids staying there.

Wrong information Booking through expedia

Arrived at the hotel And did not get the room that I requested through expedia an extra amount on my credit card staff didn't explain any deposits or what the extra fee was for

Pleasant Staff in a Lovely Hotel

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this Hilton. Between the beautiful decor of the hotel to the wonderful staff, we had a great experience. My husband and I workout, even on vacation, and the gym was equipped with a great set dumbbells, a bench, and other equipment. The staff was fantastic and extremely welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Very disappointing stay

Pros: Not much
Cons: Lots of things (see notes above)
Location: Location was OK - near the airport, and easy to get to the expressways. We drove into Baltimore almost every day.
We stayed for 6 nights and had many problems. The music in the lobby/breakfast area was very loud and tinny sounding - we avoided it as much as possible. The pool was only open from 5-10 at night, so was pretty much unusable as that is when we were out to dinner. The air conditioning in the rooms was very noisy, and there was constant high humidity - so much that the sheets and towels felt wet. The vending machines were sold out the entire week. The maid didn't clean our room on the second day, and the night manager was full of excuses, but not resolution, and became obnoxious about the situation. The TV satellite went in and out a lot over the week - very annoying. The bathtub was so slippery that we nearly fell every day. The staff was all full of excuses and apologies, but our impression was that it was a very poorly run hotel. I go to the Baltimore area often, but will never stay in this hotel again.

Close to BWI airport

Pros: The hotel manager was very accommodating.
Cons: Hotel lobby, elevators and the third floor rooms and hall ways could be cleaner, to include a thorough cleaning of the women's bathroom on main floor.
Location: not too many restaurants to eat.
My initial stay was not very good, the shower water leaked all of the bathroom floor due to the shower head it so high up on the shower wall, had to adjust it several times while taking a shower to try to prevent the leakage, in addition, the shower curtains are not water resistant which cause more water to leak out. Very expensive stay for one night.

no cold buffet option for breakfast

Pros: Location was great good access to both Baltimore and Washington.
Cons: The bar closed early at night and no food so had to go to another hotel nearby for late night food.
Beds were excellent, service was good and helpful. Disappointed to pay 12.95 for cereal and toast.

Be Careful of Deposit

I stayed there last weekend and they told me they put a 50 dollar hold on my card for incidentals. And when I checked out they were suppose to refund me my money in 2 to 3 days and I still haven't received my money back and it's a new weekend. It's ridiculous so beware

The hold is our standard policy, it enables you to charge food and other items to your room. The hold is generally released by your bank 2-3 days after check out. Some banks take longer than others. Again, I'm very sorry and I hope you give us another chance in the future.
