Not as good as the usual Hilton Garden Inn

I stay in HGI all the time and usually it is reliably clean with very pleasant staff. Our room was fairly worn and not someplace you would want to walk barefoot. More than that, the staff weren't super helpful - stingy on the tiny shampoo bottles when I asked for more (I was traveling with 3 daughters with a lot of hair), refused to let us have breakfast even though we arrived before 10am (granted it was 9:55am but the full buffet was still sitting there). To top it off, the pool is only open at night on weekdays even though it was a holiday weekend Monday.

Nice Hotel, needs free breakfast though.

Very nice honest people, I left a gold diamond ring and they found it and held it for me. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again for sure. Hopefully by then, they have free breakfast like everyone else.

Great location for BWI users

Everything was great. Breakfast was particularly yummy with made to order omelettes. Only room for improvement is to increase number of luggage carts available in the lobby.

Excellent property

Pros: Uninterrupted privacy of the room without disturbances for any make believe reasons.
Cons: Added parking spaces would be a convenience.
Location: As mentioned above, this property is close to dining, airport, shopping and is not far from downtown Baltimore.
This hotel is located on the airport campus and is close to dining, shopping and is close to downtown Baltimore. One of the very attractive features of the hotel is that housekeepink does not disturb customers when the "Do Not Disturb" sign is posted; however, they service the room after a guest departs. Many hotels do not understand the importance of not letting the housekeeping staff run the hotel; therefore, one must be out of the room by 9 am or the room will not be serviced. Vacations are not designed to jump up early to accommodate hotel housekeeping staff.

The hospitality was very great. Hilton Garden Inn in Baltimore Maryland BWI is where we stay every time we come to Baltimore from North Carolina.

Close to the Inner Harbor/Camden Yards/M&T Bank!

I was in town for the Army v. Navy game and wanted to reasonably priced hotel close to the Stadium. This was a great option! The hotel was about 10 minutes away and easy to find. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. It was just as nice as the hotel in the Harbor for a fraction of the cost!

Clean and comfortable premises

Pros: The hotel is clean, quiet, close to the airport and car rental agencies, and the housekeeping service does not begin waking vacationers early.
Cons: Training of employees who work the front desk so they know the complete way to search for a reservation, rather than challenge customers.
Location: Very close to travel, shopping, and eating facilities.
Upon arrival, I was challenged by a very large, black male who insisted that I did not have a reservation. We were only able to proceed after I went to my car to get a copy of my reservation, then I was fortunate enough to get a better trained individual to check me into my room. The first individual apparently searched for my last name, did not find it, and assimed I had not made a reservation. A well trained individual would have searched my last name, first name, and suffix. One of those would have provided access to the reservation, rather than asking the customer to prove that a reservation had been made.

I loved it--complenary snacks all night ,the staff on the late night shift are great and down to earth during check out the staff was still smiling and was very attentive

Good Hotel near the airport

Stayed for two nights . Nice hot water without having an in between cycle of colder water. The temp were 40 deg farh. Stayed in a King Bed Room. The room was equipped with a nice coffeemaker , microwave and toiletries . Free parking and internet were plus. The lady at the counter was very friendly and talkative . Room was huge and welcoming The bed was awful . Just sank and did not give support . That was the only drawback .
