Nice staff

The staff was great the hotel was good but it just had a smell to the whole place. If that smell wasn't there it would have been the best.

This was my first stay in a Hilton Garden Inn, and it was great. Everything was clean or new, the room was HUGE. The staff were attentive. It was maybe seven minutes from BWI airport and they were flexible and prompt with their shuttle. It couldn't have been better, really.

Great Hotel

Pros: The availability of the shuttle service to the light rail, every half hour. The transportation was excellent.
Cons: would be nice to be able to buy a light breakfast, this was a little pricey
Location: Shuttle took us to the light rail and the best restaurant. We were in Baltimore for the Preakness horse race, but did a lot of sightseeing as well.
Very friendly and the shuttle service was the best. All the drivers were exceptional, especially Antonio, who gave us good information on the good eating places, and things to do.

Pros: Parking, clean, safe, things to do in walking distance.
Location: Restaurants, movie theater, shops
Checkin and checkout was incredibly simple. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, as well as a movie theater and other stores. The hotel has it's own parking lot, which is always a plus.

Cons: Breakfast was offered in the lobby and appeared to cost $12.95/per person. This seemed foolish when the hotel shares a parking lot with Bob Evans.
Location: This was a central location that allowed easy access to both Baltimore and DC.
The staff was very helpful in all things. We arrived at 10:30 am exhausted and they were able to get us checked in early by noon. When we were woken up my noisy neighbors they worked with us to get us to a quieter area of the hotel.

This is one of the many al-a-cart Hotels

Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, close to the airport.
Cons: include WiFi and parking in the price.
Location: Boston harbor close by.
The hotel it's self is very nice and very close to the airport, in fact we had to park in the airport parking lot to get to the hotel. The shuttle will take you to the water ferry that will take you to the Boston harbor. The thing that I didn't like was that you have to pay for parking twenty-nine dollars a day and pay for WiFi, and the room doesn't have a refrig. or a microwave. It does have a TV a bed and towels though! It is a great Hotel just be prepared for all the extras.
