Nice hotel but no hot water...

Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: Smallish rooms but very nice. Everything was clean and the breakfast was actually delicious.
Cons: For around $200 per night I'd expect some type of compensation when you can't take a shower due to no hot water.
Our hotel did not have hot water for the entire 2 night stay. We asked for at least one night free but we only offered a free breakfast one morning. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, we will not stay in this location again.

Expected a Hilton to be better

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Valet parking was fast and friendly.Very helpful in getting taxi service.
Cons: Front desk personnel could be more personable. They were on auto-.pilot. Brochures and maps should be available for people at the hotel.
Location: The location was about two blocks from the inner-harbor,the aquarium, restaurants,.The Irish bar and restaurant right across the street came in handy.
The room was smaller than pictured. The refrigerator never got cold. You couldn't move thermostate lower then what it was registered set.Breakfast in hotel was interrupted by fire drill,in which all employees had to leave.that being said no one was around to cook, had to take food that was placed under heating light.Still got charged full regular price,

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback following your visit to Baltimore. I am sorry we did not exceed your expectations, as is our goal. It certainly is not our intent for the annual fire drill to cause such disruption. We strive to communicate this requirement beginning the day before with elevator signage and notification at check-in and within guest rooms. I will follow-up with management to identify how this could have occurred with your stay. Again, I am sorry and thank you for letting us know.

Great Staff

Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: Location, friendliness of staff, willingness to help with luggage, car, and finding information.
Cons: Not sure only spent one evening here, just the room size was the issue for us.
Location: Awesome, next to National Aquarium, boardwalk, shopping, music etc.
Hotel location was great, right by the water and less than 5 minute walk to boardwalk, and the places we wanted to go. The room was clean but very small for two of us, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good, I had a vegetable omelet.

Thank you very much for feedback following your visit. I am pleased you enjoyed yourself! I also appreciate the feedback about guestroom size. We certainly do not want our custom designed guestrooms (and varying sizes!) to negatively impact a visit. I hope you will choose to stay with us again for Baltimore visits.

Near port, resturants, supermarket,pharmacy.Awsome

Posted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: EVERYTHING
Cons: THE NOISE OF THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM ,THOUGH IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL.
Location: Starbox almost at the hotel entrance,Movie theater adjacent to Starbox.
Location is just right for a lazy persone like me .The best resturants are around you , pharmacy open 24hrs , near the port ,any resturant you know about is just a walking distance.I just love the friendly atmoshere in the hotel ,employees go out of their way to help you :polite ,proffessionals, tactif.Rate and cost is very reasonable .I SHALL BE BACK !!!
