“Signs of shabbiness”

The comforter on the bed had it stuffing all balled up in each segment, making a very lumpy cover for the bed. The cleaners left only decaf coffee (!) and no creamers. We could have requested more, but that seemed like too much too do when we arrived tired.

“Nice Hotel”

This was a nive hotel. The bed was very confortable. the rooms were very clean, and it was nice that they had a wall thermostat to better regulate the rooms temperature. the HVAC was quiet and the staff was very helpful. The box spring was a bit worn though. I had use some pillows under the mattress to stop the feling of sleeping up side down. other than that it was a great stay

“Not worth the money..trust me”

After a long flight from overseas my family and I decided to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at BWI. It took them 10 minutes to find a luggage cart and that's because I had to keep asking. I asked for food delivery menu's from the front desk and two of them that they gaveme didnt even deliver to the hotel. The TV didnt work and I had to call for maint. Also looked as if someone stayed in the room previously with a pet and the hair was never cleaned up. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Not worth the money I paid and I doubt that I will stay at another.

“Hilton Garden BWI”

Nice hotel with good service (staff friendly/helpful) and close to everthing I was in the area for. It's an airport hotel so the surrounding area is a little lacking but there are plenty of services within a few miles. Hotel gym was ok, but far from the best I've seen. 2 treadmills, only one working, a Precor and some free weights.

“Great price & top notch hotel”

I booked this hotel for the first time and I wasn't disappointed at all. Shuttle service to and from the airport was perfect as well. Very comfortable beds!

“clean and convenient”

I stayed two nights at this hotel and would stay again. Very close to restaurants, Innter Harbor area, and airport. Beds were not quite as comfortable as in some hotels; but overall, a very nice experience.
