“Great staff”

The staff was extremely nice, friendly and energetic. The location is great and the value was very good. The blankets weren't great and the room was too cold and we weren't able to control the hvac. Otherwise, is was a great experience.

“Great deal for families!”

My 5 year old daughter and I were in Baltimore for the weekend. I wanted a place that was walk-able to the Inner Harbor and with a kitchenette (a hungry kid at 7 am makes having a small kitchen so useful!!). This place was perfect! The rate was reasonable, the walk to the Inner Harbor was easy enough. And Baltimore has a free city shuttle with a stop right at the intersection where the hotel was located. So, if you really didn't want to walk, you could still get around without worrying about driving/parking. We had a queen bed studio- very spacious, clean, comfortable and well lit. The decor is modern, the bed super comfortable. They have a parking deck where you pay a flat fee per day, but can take your car in and out w/o paying again. The staff was very gracious, friendly and approachable. There's also a free breakfast from 6-9 am. We noticed families, college-aged students, working professionals, couples, etc- a wide variety of people. I highly recommend the place!

“baltimore home away from home”

Newly renovated, and great imenities. Only stayed overnight, but with the full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and comfortable suite, this hotel is well suited for a business stay of several days.

“Perfectly met our needs. We walked everywhere!”

We enjoyed our stay here - a no frills hotel but very clean and modern - reminded us of modern euro-hotels we've stayed in. Rooms are like a modern studio apt. Green materials - bamboo instead of wood, carpet that seems made of some sort of green materails. Bed comfortable and the whole hotel was very quiet. It's on a not very attractive block, but at the corner is one of the mail streets - and a stop for the free shuttle bus to take you to museums in one direction and the inner harbor in the other. We found great restaurants in walking distance. Try Casbah if you like middle-eastern food . THere's an irish pub on the corner that is great for lunch. We would definitely return.

“new years eve”

we had a king suite, the bed was SUPER comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and polite, the coffee was decent. the view was atrocious but what can ya do? it was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the hippodrome and inner harbor and not break the bank.

“Decent hotel in Baltimore.”

We stayed here for one night over the weekend. The reception upon our arrival was pleasant but the biggest turn off is no self parking with the hotel. The gentleman at the desk indicated that it would be a $25.00 additional for valet parking service. Reluctantly I had to relinquish my vehicle and went upstairs. The room was booked for a basic king, we ended up with a suite. The room was clean, and proper. The bathroom however lacked moisturizing lotion and the shower stall had rust stains. The check out was not bad. There was a young kid behind the desk and looked nervous. Probably the language barrier, but was on top of the lobby and its cleanliness. Due to a mix up of the front desk and the valet, it took us about 15 minutes to receive our vehicle.

“Watch Out!”

Where do I begin with the problems. Well here goes 1. If you want to park you pay $25 per day; Plan on it. Otherwise you have no real choice. 2. Rooms are not cleaned. I found the cereal dropped by the prior occupant all over the floor. 3. The TV remote was not working. 4. Shower stall has shampoo and soap dispenser but they are empty. 5. Worst free breakfast by far. 6. Noisy like you would not believe. Apparently Baltimore is haunted by zombies who want to talk business in the middle of the street at 4 AM in the morning.
