Wonderfull!Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Seemed more like a condo unit rather than a hotel.
Cons: the Only thing missing was Parking.
Location: We stayed two nights and each night we walked down to the water front.
It was more than I expected for the price. I really enjoyed my stay It almost felt like I was home. Very nice!

Best Hotel I have been in thus farPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The room, the front desk staff, the lounge area, location, and Darnell
Cons: A parking lot attached to the hotel for hotel guest included with stay
Location: National Aquarium, dozens of restaurants, shopping stores, Children's Museum, water activities, etc.
This hotel was modern, sleek with wonderful staff. My family have traveled to some of the most popular cities in the country and hands down the hotel room of Home2Suites is top on the list now. There was nothing the room didn't have and only blocks away from the pier. One of my best closing experiences though was being able to enjoy a FREE breakfast with a stay with the wonderful Darnell. Very informative and genuine loving guy and he lighten the rest of my family day as we were leaving the hotel to head to the next city. Definitely looking for this type of hotel in every city we stay in now. Hopefully the rest of them mirror the experience my family had at the one in Baltimore.

The room was ok but the bed was really lumpy so I hardly got any sleep. Also they only had valet parking and now my car smells like garbage thanks to wherever they were parking it.

Friendly and courteous staffPosted Jul 17, 2014
Had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff is courteous and professional. They were also friendly and greeted us with a smile. Carla and Linda are wonderful at the front desk. The breakfast is awesome ( variety of choices ) and the breakfast service is tops! There is a gentleman who greets you and shows you around the breakfast area . He takes pride in his job and makes you feel at home !

Nice facilities, friendly staff, poor cleaningPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Darnell was a great individual who brought cheer to everyone's morning. Also the hotel was very accommodating of our awkward booking arrangements.
Cons: Room service with regards to scheduled cleaning was well below par and needs to be improved. This may have just been a fluke with our stay
Location: The inner harbor was very attractive to see. Unfortunately Baltimore has a great deal of homeless which did present safety issues when walking
We were visiting for a conference in Baltimore at the time and had a neutral experience with the hotel. The rooms were very modern and adapted for long business stays, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would also like to make special mention to Darnell who went well above and beyond to provide exceptionally friendly service at the breakfast bar. However we had issues with room service with regards to room upkeep unfortunately. On 2 occasions during the week ( Mon-Fri when room service is suppose to clean the room) our room received no cleaning, no new towels, and we even ran out of toilet paper. I had to get these things myself from the front counter.

Pros: Large well appointed rooms.
Location: Baltimore is an 'iffy' city and you need to be careful where you go. This hotel appears to be in a good part of the city.
Nice, new clean hotel. Very friendly with very large rooms. Would be first on my list for my next visit to the states
