“Wonderful I will go back”
I enjoyed the comforts it was like being at home.
“Adequate for overnight”
The hotel is close to BWI and is suitable for overnights prior to or after a flight. If you were looking for an extended "stay" with kitchen facilities, it would work. It is a "bare bones" hotel.
“Went to Baltimore for a baseball game and couldn't have picked a better place to stay”
This place was greta....from the staff to the location, I couldn't have been more happy. It is located a short cab ride from the park which was great because when it was time to go to sleep you didn't have all the noise to deal with. I would recommend this place as I will stay there again.
“bmore weekend”
our room was fine need a nice place to stay over night and it fit the bill
“Not Well Informed”
Neither Expedia nor the hotel representative informed me this was a long-term stay hotel with the inherent restrictions. I learned this from a small sign on the bathroom counter after checking into my room. I was required to wait for a long period of time to check in. I was informed that anytime there was no one at the front desk, I could dial zero and a staff member would answer - I called at 4 a.m. to inform someone that I was checking out and reached only a recording saying no one was available. I subsequently called the hotel during a layover at Atlanta to ensure I was checked out and not being charged for additional days. My visit to the front desk Friday afternoon to exchange towels was such that I had to knock and call out several times over a five minute period before a young lady came from the rear of the office to assist me.
“Nice stay”
Nice stay. The room was clean, but had smell of cigarette smoke. It was close to amenities, gas station, movie theater and restaurants.
“Wierd experience, not impressed”
I have never been in a hotel where they don't furnish you soap or standard items like shampoo, etc., until I stayed here. The experience was very strange: for starters, you couldn't just walk into the lobby and check in. It was still daytime and the door was locked; you had to buzz in. Also, they put me on the second floor and there were no elevators or cross throughs! What this means is that if you lug your luggage up a flight of stairs and discover that your room is on the other side of the building, then you have to lug it back down the stairs, go all the way around the building and lug it back up on that side! What a pain in the rear! That combined with the fact that there was no soaps, etc., (and that they don't furnish it either) made me very aggravated with my stay. A person should not have to put up with this, especially at an airport hotel.
“Worst Hilton property”
The room was very small for anyone who was actually spending more than 1 night. The bathroom was dirty - gunk and hair around the faucet handles, mold in the shower. Definitely would not stay there again. Very surprised at the overall condition/size of the room for a Hilton property.
“My husband changed hotels so I will not be coming back to this hotel.”
Besides the fact that the beds were uncomfortable and I did not not sleep well I enjoyed my time there visitng my husband and playing in the snow. That was fun.
“This is not a good hotel.”
The best thing which can be said for it is that is easy to access the main highway and go to Camden Yards and the downtown area, which was the main reason for our trip. The Bad: 1) The mattresses are not comfortable and both my wife and I woke up with backaches during our two day stay. 2) we also were both bitten by insects while sleeping-that in enough is to qualify the place from serious consderation. 3) Unless you are there for a week, there is no one to clean up unless you want to pay extra. 4) The office is locked een during the day and you have to irritatingly press a buzzer in order to get someone to let you in. 4) One of the persons at front desk was a bit curt when I asked her a question. 5) Besides a Wendys, there are only two other retaurants in the area, and they close earlier than they should especially on weekends. We tried to go to Ruby Tuesday at 12:00AM on Saturday and was told they were serving only drinks but no food. There is more, but suffice it to say that I would not stay there again;there are better choices in the area for roughly the same price.
