“Great place.”

“Baltimore”

This hotel had complementary breakfast and a nice pool...I stood on the eleventh floor and once I got out of elevator there was no air conditioner...it was a hot day outside...inside the room the AC was locked into a setting were it would stay on for 30 minutes and shut off for 30 minutes and the room would become hot. It was frustrating for sleeping because I would wake up hot. The room was clean and employees were friendly. Everything else was nice except the temperature of the hotel.

“Homewood Suites believer...”

After our first experience at the Homewood Suites in Baltimore, this would be my first choice of hotel chain when travelling again. Hopefully all the Homewoods can copy the professional and pleasant atmostphere of this one. The staff were extremely accomodating and at the end of our stay, I was sorry to leave. Even the shuttle drivers were wonderful! Breakfast was as good as it could be, although it was tiring after the third or fourth day...but that's expected. The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but the privacy is worth it.

Area recommendations

The Arundel Mills Mall, accessible by hotel shuttle (which is sooo efficient!) is great for shopping. Denny's is a walk away and the mall is full of restaurants. Downtown Baltimore - Inner Harbour is a must see, but you will need transportation to get there, since public transport isn't nearby. The shuttle will take you to the bus/train station though. If you can, make a trip to Washington DC, but take the train please!!! We made the mistake of driving there and spent hours looking for parking and going round in circles - the streets are a nightmare to follow!

“Would stay there again, without a doubt!!”

“Lovely hotel with great service”

The suites were very spacious. Decor was beautiful. The beds were oh so comfortable. Very easy internet excess. The only thing about this hotel I was not happy with was the limited choices of breakfast served daily. I got over that quite easily as there was a Denny's across the way.

“My kids said: Breakfast was yummy!”

the all you could eat breakfast was great, the man who made breakfast every day was super nice, but I felt bad for him, because so many guest didn't know how to clean up after themselves or their children, so he was VERY busy doing all the cooking and cleaning. (It was a one man operation every morning!!) the room was nice, bed comfy, the pool was outstanding and at a comfortable temp and after a long day of walking in DC the hot tub was wonderful! :-) we had a great time!

“Outstanding on all counts”

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food served by the hotel and bar were outstanding quality and the availability was great. The daily breakfast was plentiful and excellent selection, the evening meals were well prepared. Getting a morning and evening meal as part of the room is so unheard of, then add quality. Staff was outstanding.

“One of the best”

We took a long weekend vacation to Baltimore. There were 4 adults and a five year old child. We booked a 2-bedroom suite. It was fabulous. There were two bedrooms with private bathroom facilties and a large sitting room off the well appointed kitchen. This arrangement was just perfect. The place was extremely clean and all the staff were attentive and friendly. The light dinner served gratis was very good and the daily breakfast was superb. We highly reccomend this hotel and would return there fi we're in the Baltimore area again.

Check out Annapolis Maryland and the Reginald F. Lewis Museum. A great educational tool. Also, if you have time, take the train into Washington DC and do the Duck...
