Night out for me and 3 girlfriends room and staff were great close everything via walking or water taxi or regular taxi had a blast front desk gave us some great coupons!!!

Perfectly good hotel along the Harbor

Pros: Location, reasonable price. Starbucks next door as well.
Cons: The breakfast was not to my liking; the eggs and the bacon were low grade. Did not try other things.
Location: walk to the east over to Thames St between S Broadway and S Ann. Thames Street Oyster House highly recommended; reserve or expect to wait!
Stayed here while attending a conference at the Hilton. The walk from Homewood Suites to the Hilton was very pleasant, about 15 minutes, and a great way to move a bit in between work days of inactivity. The suite was spacious; I did not take advantage of the kitchen, but it was nice to have a couch and a space full of windows to unwind. There were a lot of noisy families in the hotel, but the room was quiet. Bed and bath comfortable, clean; the heating/cooling was particularly quiet without cycling of noisy air handlers.

Walkable location

Hotel was nice and had nice employees. The thing that turned me off was that our room was not ready by 3pm check in and we waited over an hour. They gave us a free movie ticket to compensate. The room itself was still dirty with hair etc. in the bathroom. We valeted our car and when we called to get it back we were told call ahead 20 min which we did. Than went down and waited almost another half hour before receiving the car only to find things had been stolen from car.

Poor service, inadequate room - wouldn't recommend

Arrived after midnight after difficult transatlantic flight with 2 children. Had booked hotel 3 months earlier and requested no smoking room on low floor for 2 adults and 2 children. Was given room on top floor which had only one bed and stank of cigarette smoke. It was also freezing as it had been snowing and the windows left open presumably to get rid of smell of smoke. Phoned reception to be told there was no other room available in whole hotel or elsewhere in city! After 20 mins or so, a security guard arrived with bed linen and we made up the sofa bed ourselves! To be fair to overnight male receptionist he was very apologetic (although not good at solutions!) and said he would ensure we got full refund. Second male receptionist next morning reiterated this. Breakfast was adequate although a bit of a scrum. When we sought to check out a female receptionist, had come on duty. She argued vociferously with us at length stating that she would not give us a refund as the fault was ours for booking the wrong room type and Expedia's for allowing us to do so. This was despite showing her a written confirmation of our request (as detailed above) and assurances made by 2 of her colleagues. Fortunately the overall hotel manager has seen sense since and given us a refund. Probably worth looking for an alternative hotel if visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor and for staff to learn some interpersonal skills.

A nice hotel. The staff seemed undertrained and not up to the usual quality of the Hilton brand. Too bad as the hotel is a great location and looks great.

I booked through Expedia to stay one night for my boyfriends birthday. I liked the room we stayed in, however, there was a sunflower seed on the floor by the couch. This led me to believe it hadn't been properly cleaned. Overall, the staff was very nice & we did enjoy our stay there.

今回はこちらに二度目の滞在。ビジネスのため、9泊10日滞在しました! 名前の"SUITES"の通り、全室がスイートルーム仕様になっています(部屋によって若干室内の構造が違います) ここで何といっても嬉しいのは、日本のホテルと違って「朝食券も何もいらずに」朝7時頃から2階に降りさえすれば、自由に朝食が摂れることと(無料の朝食ですから、おかずの内容にはあまり文句は付けられません)、部屋にキッチンと調理器器具や食器・食洗機・ディスポーザーなどが揃っているので、「昼食は自炊で」という方にも最適です(ホテルから歩いてすぐの所に24時間営業のスーパーマーケット「CVS」があるので、食糧などはそこで調達出来ます)。 あと、いちばん評価出来るのがベッドの寝心地が最高に気持ちがいいことです。 日本のホテルのように「室内でのスリッパやナイトガウン(寝間着)」などは用意されていませんが(日本から持って行かれることをお薦めします)、いくら冬の寒さの厳しい時期だったとは言え、これで「1泊1万円台」はもの凄く素晴らしいコスパで、ハーバーもすぐ近くですし、ホテルには常時イエローキャブが常駐しているので、近隣への移動にも最高です(ボルティモアのタクシーの初乗りは$2.00で乗れます)! 日本語が出来るスタッフはいませんが、日常会話程度の英語が出来る方には是非ともお薦めしたいホテルです!
