“Enjoyable and convenient location”

This was our first visit to Columbia to visit friends and to go to DC to see the Memorials. It's about 45 minutes past DC in Maryland. Brandon, working at the Columbia Homewood Suites, was very helpful with directions to the Greenbelt Metro Station so we wouldn't have to drive into DC and tackle difficult parking. The suite was comfortable with a seating area to visit with our friends before leaving. The complimentary breakfast was good with a wide variety of hot food choices to start the day. I would definitely revisit this location and stay at the Homewood Suites. A plus is that this hotel is across from 4 chain restaurant eateries just walking distance on the same quiet cul-de-sac, and there are shops down the hill.

This is a truly lovely hotel. the staff were more than helpful, the suites were charming and our family truly felt that we were experiencing a mini-vacation. Breakfast was far above anything we have experienced with other so-called "hot breakfast", this was a real delight with something for everyone. We were able to simply cross the street for dinner (very convenient). We definately would stay here again.

“Great for a weekend getaway!”

Stayed here with my boyfriend for his birthday and we were both impressed with the quality of hotel! When we checked in there was a woman ahead of us with what seemed like unreasonable complaints, but the front desk staff handled the situation very professionally and were very friendly when it was our turn. Our room was larger than anticipated with a full kitchen and living area, very clean and comfortable. In the morning we checked out the complimentary buffet breakfast and were shocked by how good it was! By far the best hotel breakfast I've had in the US.

Homewood Suites was as expected on check-in. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional (although not made to order). The size of the suite was a bit smaller than expected but included all expected amenities. The location, comfort and room service was good. The gym was a nice amenity!

“Best Hotel in Maryland”

Wow! What an amazing hotel experience! We were moving out of Maryland and stayed here while packing out. We have a large family (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler, 1 dog, and 1 cat) and we were very comfortable with the King Suite. The breakfasts were wonderful! The staff was amazing! They were always friendly and extremely helpful with ANYthing we needed. The kids had a blast at the pool. And it was nice to be able to relax after the long days of packing. Well worth the cost. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
