Property Amenities
This Hyatt Place has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery, with a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a host, who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation, 24 hours a day.
The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary Continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning.
Among complimentary amenities are use of the TV room with its 27-inch flat-panel screen and seating for four, use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer, all in the Gallery area; and hotel-wide wireless Internet access.
Rooms
All guestrooms feature Hyatt's signature Grand Bed: Sealy Posturepedic mattress; 250-thread-count triple sheeting; down blankets; double down-surround pillows. Separated from the bed by a partial wall, the sitting area provides a queen sofa bed and desk.
42-inch, flat-panel, high-definition TVs allow guests to plug in laptops, MP3 players, and DVD players. Satellite channels include 11 channels of high-definition programming and SportsNet. Both wireless and wired high-speed Internet access are complimentary; one of the two telephones is cordless.
Refrigerators, coffeemakers, and wet bars are included. Bathrooms provide granite countertops and Portico white-ginger scented bath amenities.

“Will return”
Good services
“It was Ok, not a Hyatt standards.”
Room was Ok, clean and comfortable but it does not live up to Hyatt name. Bathroom's water was running, I see black mold around tub and tiles, carpet have spots, no microwave in the room. wash basin is outside the room, very small bathroom. Could use detailed cleanup. Staff have a baby shower very loud party going on in two rooms of my floor.
“BWI Airport Hotel”
Nice hotel with great proximity to BWI airport. It was very convenient to have two restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was provided by the hotel with the option to purchase additional hot items.
“Convenient”
Nice location, next to BWI airport and train station. Staff was competent, though not overly friendly.
“Nice Hotel”
This was a great place to stay; very convenient to BWI and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would've liked a bit more selection with the continental breakast, but all in all, it was fine. I did notice that someone was smoking in one of the nonsmoking rooms right next to the elevator, but my own room was far enough away that it didn't bother me. I would definitely stay here again.
“Very nice hotel for your budget”
It is convenient and comfortable, nice hotel, will stay again if there is need.
“Very Nice Hotel”
This is a very nice hotel with nice amenities in the rooms. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

“Very Nice Hotel Experience”
Room was very nice and tastefully furnished and decorated. Sign in was quick and efficient. Staff was attentive throughout our stay. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to Baltimore. Location serves our purposes very well.
