Pros: location to Ballpark
Cons: see above
room ok.. pay for Wi-fi...really?? should not have to pay for this:should be included in the basic accommodations, I should not have to sit in lobby to review email or use laptop or kids use Ipad..also please consider complimentary bottle water in rooms family walked at night to find local mart for water.

Pros: The staff was great. The bell man told us about a wonderful breakfast spot.
Our room was great but could have used a new carpet.

Cons: Did not like paying $28.00 per day for parking.
Location: very convient.
Had a very good time. Liked that they had a gum open 24 hours a day and free newspapers, strawberry water in lobby and also oatmeal cookies there.

Good hotel near the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: Knowing what I'm paying for before I booked would have been helpful.Bar could stay open longer with different option for light snacks
Location: Good for going to Inner Harbor and Camden Park,

It is very handy for the ball park (less than 5 minutes walk) and the harbour (less than 2). Self Parking in adjacent car park was easy. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby was modern. The glass elevator was a nice experience. The bistro 33 bar was nice and the drinks were good.

Hotel across from Baltimore Harbor

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: The lobby areas was aesthetically appealing, and the staff was pleasant.
Cons: I would begin by THOROUGHLY cleaning, or REPLACING the carpet!!! And making sure the housekeeping staff cleans the rooms properly.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Baltimore Harbor, which appears offers to provide a few dining, or entertainment options.
My expectation from this brand was a little disappointing - my room was on the top floor (14th), but to my displeasure, the carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty; and to add insult to injury, it appeared one side of the toilet's exterior had not been cleaned properly - there was mold, etc., on the outside of the bowl. In addition to the stained toilet bowl, the sofa/sectional appeared to be old, and slightly tattered, so much so, I was afraid to lay my clothing on it.

Good location right in the inner harbor and very close to stadiums. Close walk to everything worth seeing in the city and def a great spot if going to watch a game. Avoid going anywhere else not on the waterfront. Gets a bit sketchy when you venture out

Not worth the money

Posted Aug 17, 2014
This is a good hotel but I did not have a good customer experiance. I requested twice to give me a room facing the harbor & they declined. Once, over the phone, on the day before my arrival, and the 2nd time at the front-desk, during checkin. I even said that the whole reason I booked this hotel was to get a waterfront view & that I would be extremely dissapointed if I did not get that. They did not care on both occasions. They did offer to "upgrade" me to a room facing the water for another $40. After paying twice as much as I would for a motel ($230 parking fees), I naturally declined as I did not want to pay even more for what I think I should have recieved if they cared about their customer's needs. I even told the person at the front-desk, that I'm so dissapointed that I would never come back here. No effect. Finally, the room itself was mediocre. I've stayed at motels that have equivalent rooms. Further, this room did not have a microwave, which made a huge difference, as I had to have a cold midnight snack from my left-over dinner! The fridge was tiny, and could bearly hold a dish without some maneuvering. So, I guess what Hyatt does not care about my interests, why should I ever go back there? It is so simple Hyatt, I was not asking for a handout, I've already payed premium prices for your room, all I expected was a simple return gesture on your part & which I doubt would have cost you anything, but now you've lost my goodwill & my patronage.

Thank you kindly for your feedback. We do our best with Harbor View upgrade requests but are not always able to accommodate everyone. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service but clearly this was not your experience and for that I am truly sorry. I have shared your comments with my management team for review.
