The room was very warm.

Pros: Location
Cons: Better AC
It was an extremely hot day in Baltimore, but the AC did not adequately cool down the room. We changed rooms 1 time to a second room but the room was not much cooler than the first.

Pros: Check in easy and upgrade easy.
Always a delight to return to the Baltimore Inner Harbor Hyatt. Friendly and professional staff. Affordable upgrade. Grand views of the harbor, and protected walk ways to the convention.

Convenient

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Carpet cleanliness
Location: Ample restaurants and things to do.
Nice Hotel, have stayed here many times over the years. The lobby appears to stay up to date and the rooms have also been updated over the years. The hotel is a good place to stay do to it's convenience to the inner harbor area. Everything is within walking distance. As far as the rooms... they appear to have been updated over the years however they are lacking on maintaining cleanliness. My two biggest gripes/disappointments are: 1. Why would they have double beds instead of queens? We are a family of 4 and it would have been a lot nicer to have two queen size beds instead of two doubles. 2. The carpets are stained and appear dirty... even in the hallways. The rest of the hotel seems fine, but I was disappointed and kind of grossed out by the carpet in the room. Not what I would expect from Hyatt. Overall, our experience was pleasant. We always have a good time visiting Baltimore.

Awesome view of the inner harbor

Pros: everything but the 28 dollar a day parking fee and that was if I parked it myself valet was 40 a day.
Cons: you already charge a healthy price for the rooms why do you need to charge so much for parking
Location: Dick's last resort, National Aquarium
We had a great time and enjoyed the roof top pool and the fireworks display we we able to see from the pool. Hotel has a resort type feel to it and the staff is super friendly and knowledgable. The best takeaway I have from there is the life lesson my youngest learned while there. Saturday morning he was having the cook make him a fried egg and when she went to flip it the yoke broke, She immediately threw the egg away and made him another one. He said he didn't care if the yoke was broken he would eat it. she said you are paying a lot of money to stay here and you asked me for a fried egg over medium, not with a broken yoke. I was able to stress to him that pride in your work is something that no one will pay you extra for when you get older but they will respect you for it and they will try to emulate you naturally.

Class elevator

This was my first vacation without my parents. I was never big on vacationing but that has since changed. The hotel made me as if I was wealthier than I actually am. The glass elelvators display a great veiw of the hotel itself as well as the booming city beyond. A comfortable bed with a large. The staff was dressed to impress, friendly, and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone with plans for baltimore.

It was a nice hotel, but a little pricey. The room was great with a very clean and modern bathroom.
