We waited over an hour at BWI for the shuttle with my 8 year old sleeping on his suitcase at midnight outside of the arrival doors. It was awful. We waited at the designated “hotel shuttle” area and called the hotel desk FOUR times for our ride. It wasn’t until the fourth call that the receptionist told us that, for whatever reason, we had to bring all of our luggage upstairs to the departure area. Waiting at the departure area to be shuttles to the airport made no sense, however, I wouldn’t have cared if this information had been conveyed to us.

Check in and parking was easy. Took us 3 trips to the front desk before we were able to get in the room due to issues with the door then the TV didn’t work so had to go back to the front desk and get another remote. Not very happy about that.

This motel was so old and fungus, had an awful experience. The elevator takes 10 minutes and there is only 5 floors. Run and go to another place, not worth the price at all.

There communication is horrible we were left outside the air port for an hour! Had to cal five times and it was only our fifth call that she told us we were in the wrong place for pickup. We were traveling with a child and had already sat in an airport for 6 hrs then flew for 4 hrs, not that was the hotels fault but at 11pm at night they should be more aware and ask or tell us the right meeting place.

The shower was dirty, particularly the floor and areas on the walls near the floor. When I used the shower, the water made the floor extremely slippery. It felt like there was a coating of something on the floor that, once wet, became very slippery. In addition, there was a large hole underneath the soap dish with black material appearing to seep out into the shower area. I will not be back.

I frequent this facility and expected so much more because everything is usually great!!! There was hair on multiple towels. The floor had red hair on it. The wall near the sink was dirty. The headboard had stains on it. I was disappointed.

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, sheets clean and neat. The cleaning crew does a very good job of keeping the rooms clean, and generally well equipped. My only issues have to do with issues associated with maintenance. The last three times I was there, the room had a least one or two annoying issues. Toilet that doesn't flush, faucets that are falling over. The last time there was a huge hole in the wall with a little spackling covering it, and spackling splotches over the shower for some reason. Once I tried to use the air conditioner and it sounded like it had a broken motor mount. The rooms could use better insulation, as you can hear the neighbor's conversations. But other than that I was comfortable.

The rooms are not cleaned properly , the bathroom was disgusting , we asked for a room change because we couldnt sleep because of a noise comimg from the toilet and then the new room had a strong horrible smell of smoke . The breakfast was disgusting and we wont never come back and definitly wont recommend this hotel .

Terrible house keeping. I stayed for 6 days. My bed was only made once! I had to call the front desk for towels, garbage empty. And if you love the smell of pot in the hallways you’d love it here. It’s do strong at night you can smell it in your room.

We reserved a room with a king size bed. When we arrived we were told there were no more rooms with king size beds available and they had been given to people who arrived earlier. If we reserve a king size we should have been able to get what we reserved.
