Overall it was not bad. It was obvious the building was old and needed some updates and some care. The staff was excellent. Very kind, friendly answered questions provided extra towels at when needed, etc. The bathroom in our room the light was rusted and the water wasn't very hot. The room was cleaned or the bed was clean actually. But the walls needed a coat of paint

The room was nice and clean. But there was no chair so that one could sit at the table and write or work and no clock in the room. When I called the front desk to let them know, this is the response that I got, "Ok, we won't charge you for that." Not what I was looking for. And when I checked out, I asked for a receipt. I was told that they would e-mail me one. I'm still waiting.

Washer and dryer are broken they literally only have 1 of each on the top floor when I went to the front desk they advised me I could walk to a laundry mat with my 3 children on a main hey, gym is broke and by gym I mean every single exercise equipment they have. Staff is BEYOND RUDE

Mostly, this is a nice property, but this checkin there was only ONE cart to put luggage on. I also tried to mark other in the last question to talk about this. It did not work. Loved the choice of Dove products for bath. Hated breakfast options last stay because they were overly carb oriented and what protiens they presented were completely dried tasteless scrambled eggs and dried tasteless sausaged patties. One of three nights stays they served link sausages which had a nice taste, but the other two days, I passed on breakfast there.

We had a few mishaps when we first got there had to switch out rooms 3 times before going back to the room we really liked . I must say the the manager was so very helpful and nice and martha the guest relations girl at the front desk was sooo very helpful and nice. They property is aware of the noise on the first floor with the slamming of the doors because of people going in and out smoking but the good thing is... at least they didnt smoke in rooms i will say the breakfast buffet not fresh at all . And around the eating area was very dirty , other than that the motel personnel were great . They accommodated us whole heartedly and thats why i woukd go back because the staff people are fantastic!!

Rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets and towels exchanged but there were pee stains in the bottom edges of the corners in the bathroom, and the air vents had dust bunnies that were doing dive bombs on us the whole stay. Reeked of weed in and out of building. The staffing was very nice and polite, breakfast tasted like breakfast, over all it's a SOLID 2 star hotel.

Our stay was fine. The only negatives thing I will have to add was that the heating conditioner makes a lot of noises in the hallway. I stood on the top floor. Maybe it's just that floor. I stood here before & had a good experience but wasn't happy with my staythis time around.

It was only for a one night stay, so it was fine. It was close to shopping and eating areas. My main concern and real downside was the cleanliness. There were gummies on the elevator floor that stayed overnight. The sheets weren’t the nicest. There was glass on the floor in the hallway. It didn’t feel nice to be at the hotel, however the staff was friendly.

We booked a king size room and got told they didn’t have avaible upon check in and ended up with a double all while the receptionist was more concerned about have conversations with others. The room was decent. The tv mount was looking like it wanted to come out of the wall. There was no hot water more like lukewarm. You could hear everything in the hallway.

I recommend this hotel for the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The front desk and housekeeping staff are always so very nice. The breakfast is good too. I stay here often and have never had any issues.
