Nice hotel right near the harbor.

Our stay in the Lord Baltimore was fantastic. The staff were very courteous. There was even a bit of an incident, and they were very professional when dealing with it. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel in a great location downtown

Posted Jan 26, 2015
The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was offered free parking upon check in and at checkout was told that the hotel does not offer free parking. The situation was cleared up but then at the garage they had no idea what I was talking about when I gave them my voucher. Other than that, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent.

Well-located historic hotel

Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: The lobby is gorgeous--be sure to look up and take in the ceiling. The food in the LB Tavern and in the French Kitchen was very good.
The Lord Baltimore is well-located--many restaurants and sites (e.g., Port Discovery Children's Museum and the National Aquarium) within walking distance and accessible via public transit (including the free Charm City Circulator).

Great find!

Great hotel, beautifully styled interior feels like a modern, clean interpretation of art deco. Close to everything and very friendly staff. PRO TIP : valet is super pricey, almost $40 with taxes, excluding tip. Save your cash and park in the garage around the corner.

great location

Posted Jan 16, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: The wall in the tub area has black molding. I am sure it is supposed to be a special look but I didn't really care for it.
The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. We thought we had no hot water and the handy man came up in 5 minutes. The hotel is in the middle of the city. There is a nice lounge where we had a drink and some wings, which were very good. It is a nice older hotel.
