Pros: Tbe location, price and staff
Cons: Nothing that I saw
Location: Went to Arundel Mills Mall, out to eat as well as the movies.
Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed all. I would love to stay again soon.

Weekend EventPosted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: The fitness center was great. There was fruit and I like that when I was done, I grab one and left.
Location: Arundel Mills and places to eat was very close.
Checking into the hotel was great. I enjoyed the fitness center. The hotel was close to many attractions and it worked for me. I was mainly at the hotel for the weekend but it was relaxing.

Welcoming décor, friendly staffPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Starbucks in lobby, friendly staff, clean and comfy room.
Cons: All three restaurants in the hotel had the same menu items but at different prices. It was confusing.
Location: Near Inner Harbor, about 20 minute drive.
The Starbucks in the lobby is wonderfully convenient. Breakfast at the lobby bar was easy and quick. Staff was impressively friendly, polite, and willing to take care of any of my needs before I could even ask. Parking is close and there are enough spaces that I didn't have to walk far to the lobby. The décor is modern and chic and gives you a sense of easy elegance. Not the typical stuffy, outdated, worn out hotel feel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clueless and rude staffPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Arrived near midnight and found no one at the front desk. Waited for about 10 min before someone showed up and checked me in. No apology. No nothing. Signed on for internet (after midnight) and paid for 1 day to check important emails before going to bed. When I could not log in in the evening, I called the front desk but was told it had already expired. How could it be if it's good for 24 hrs, I asked. No clue, replied by the woman, but told me that I could sign on again and she would waive the charge. Good, I did (since I've already paid for the service). You know what, two charges showed up on the bill. Talked to someone else. Equally clueless. Incredible! I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in numerous Mariotts (and am generally very happy with them). This is absolutely the worst among all! Will avoid it next time.

The room was clean but the shower had a few pieces of hair in it and that is just nasty to me. Do not eat at the sports bar the service is horrible. I waited 15 minutes for a waitress, 30 minutes for a sandwich and 20 minutes for my check.

Close to Orioles Park Camden YardsPosted Aug 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was about 10 minutes from Camden Yards which was why we picked it. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
