Very nice place to stay
Posted Jan 26, 2013
Pros: The very hospitable staff, the cleanliness, and the comfort of the room
Cons: The cost per night. =}
Location: The casino is the place to go!!!! The Harbor is also nice
Unfortunately I was only able to stay a few hours because I was partying and enjoying being in Baltimore . The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to bring it home with me. I would definitely look into staying again when I visit Baltimore

Great hotel on the waterfront

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's very clean and comfortable. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but they held our bags and called my cell phone when it was ready.

Pros: View and overall the hontel is in good condition
Cons: none
Location: Excellent choice if you want to visit Fell's point - you are close to all the actions but away from the noise.
Great location. Nice hotel and decent room. Great view. If you want to stay in Baltimore downtown, this hotel would be a great choice. The only tiny thing I can possibly complain about is I thought the room service should have left more K-cups. Only get one tea, one coffee, and one decaf coffee. It's not quite enough for 2 people.

Great hotel for a family!
Posted Jan 25, 2013
Pros: View
Cons: Price of breakfast
Location: Perfect location.
I booked this hotel for my family for a wknd getaway ( husband, myself, three children ages 12,5, and 3. View was beautiful and one my children really enjoyed. The pool is a nice size. Must take your own floaties/life jacket for the kiddies. The lifeguard had no clue if the hotel provided them :( which was not a good sign. Pool was warm and 3ft-5ft both a plus for us. Pool hours are great 6am-11pm. Only true negative was breakfast. It was very pricey. Twenty-five for adults and 8 for children. I would definitely stay again however I would go out for breakfast. Overall it was a great experience. we didn't even use our stroller. everything was very close.

Great Hotel

Stayed at the hotel one night for a night out to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The hotel was very nice and close to many restaurants and retail. The hotel room view of the harbor was also nice. The staff were all very friendly. Parking was easy to get in and out of the garage. The Sunday Brunch was amazing. The food was fresh and prepared perfectly by the cooks. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location - Harbor East

Overall a very nice place BUT....My only issues were these: 1) We called front desk at 6:15 am letting them know we needed a cab to get to airport. They said they always have cabs out front. We went to the lobby at 6:50am and there were no cabs. We waited and waited. Someone called the cab co and said they were on the way. 30 min later, still no cab. My husband had to run a few blocks away to get one finally (in 12 deg weather!). Made us late for flight. 2) Maid came to clean room at 3:30 pm. We asked her to come back in 1 hr since we were getting ready to go out (we had been gone all day and no one had cleaned yet). They said they would come back in an hr but never did.

There were kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. Doors slamming, yelling, etc. The rooms were also dusty and just run down. Despite the great service from the front desk and valet, and the fantastic Sunday brunch, I would not go back.

Beautiful hotel however had a terrible stay Both nights woken by people-in the halls at 3am someone even knocked on our door and ran;hotel should be able to identity loud people coming in Worst of it all some employee called the room at 7am asking if we wanted room service!?! Great brunch Would like to stay there again but hesitant due to the noise
