“Good place”

Fun place to stay, very nice new hotel

“I would go back to Pier 5 in a heartbeat - Excellent Service!!”

This hotel was very good - the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location to the Inner Harbor was excellent! Right in the center of all the action - I would stay here again!

“Can't Wait to go back.”

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Great restaurants that adjoined hotel. Peacock Cafe had excellent breakfast food and their personnel were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Highly satisfied.

“Great waterfront hotel”

The hotel was excellent and we loved the 5-6 food demos. Very nice. the restaurant facing the harbor (Mc something) had excellent fish and service. My husband got sick on Friday night and they were super in getting us something. the only down side to this place was the restaurant in front It was a grill. On thursday it was out of most of their food. On sunday they opened at 7 , but didn't have any drinkable coffee by 8 am. the person in on sunday morning was clueless on how to serve us or even figure out our bill. they overcharged us, but I just wanted to get out of there as we were getting picked up. The atmosphere was beautiful, BUT they are the only one offering breakfast, and they are a disaster. this does Not project favorably on the hotel. they appeared to be in total disarray. Overall, it was a great place to stay as we went a few block away to a great place for breakfast most days. Great harbor experience.

“Very good hotel in an excellent location, but Pizzazz....well”

Don't misunderstand - we would fully recommend the hotel itself. The restaurant Pizzazz Tuscan Grille is another story. Food was OK, portions were small for the $ and service was bad. There are much better choices nearby.

“Would go back”

The only draw back is that room service came when we were not ready and asked them to come back and they never did. We had to call the front desk. They never replenished the water nor did we have drinking cups. Overall the hotel was nice and we would stay there again

“Great Hotel”

Great place to stay. Comfortable rooms and great service. Had trouble with the water not cutting off one night, they moved us right away and gave us two $25 certificates to use at the resturants for the inconvience. Resturants and shops close to the hotel was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

“Great value and even Greater Accomodations”

This hotel is not only reasonable for the area, it is amazingly nice!! Its location in the Inner Harbor is unbeatable...it is literally steps away from most of the main attractions in the area. Also, all parts of the hotel are very nice and the beds are spectacular...the best nights sleep we've had in recent memory. Only negative was breakfast...skip it and get something authentic to the city...its just a not very good.

“Wonderful stay”

Loved the Pier 5! Clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff. And the location, right on the harbor, couldn't be better. Will definitely be back next time in Baltimore.
