Good location to walk to inner harbor

Posted Sep 15, 2014
The room is very small. If your plan is to just stay there for a place to stay then it's fine. I had a baby so I needed a pack n play and there was just enough room to make that happen. The elevators were a bit questionable. Rooms did not have towels had to call housekeeping. It wasn't terrible just not what I am used to. If you are lookin for a comfortable bed and a close walk to attractions I would say it fits your needs.

Run

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Air conditioner broke, 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth for 4 adults. Reservations were for 2 nights. Next day room was never cleaned, beds not made, dirty towels not picked up, no towels left for us. After going to the desk twice for towels we were left with drying off with hand towels. Somewhat new management/ownership that obviously do not know a think about running a hotel or customer service. Expedia should drop this hotel immediately!!!!

Great price for a stay in Inner Harbor

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Close to a parking garage.
Cons: Coffee wasn't that good at breakfast.
Location: Close to Camden Yards, Ravens stadium and the Inner Harbor activities.
If you don't mind a little walk. Going to events in the Inner Harbor or the sporting events are an easy walk.

We only stayed a night to go to an awesome ravens game where they stomped on the steelers 26-6. Then to an orioles game hotel was in walking distance (approx 3/4 mile) close to everything!

Quality in ?

My experience here was very good with the front desk clerk. He was helpful and considerate. The hotel itself was not as I expected the room was very small and had a odor as if a pest had died within the boundaries of the room. The bathroom was nice could see it had been updated. Also you could hear the ruckus from the adjoining rooms on each side honestly not what I'm use too.

Great hotel location, very poor hotel management.

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything within control of the owner, GM and staff needs to improve. They have a great location in a great city!
Location: Walking distance to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Camden Yards and Baltimore Ravens Stadium.
Did not get the type room reserved, staff did not fix it in a three day sta, no service to room for 2 of 3 days. Hotel rooms not clean, had to ask for more than one towel. Staff would not issue more than one room key ... Really???

Pros: staff
Cons: upgrades
Location: 4 blocks from harbor. lots of restaurants and power plant
The building is really old but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly. They ran out of coffee though and we really needed it! Overall nice place. And only 4 blocks to the harbor.

Pros: Location and accommodations.
Cons: The complimentary breakfast could be improved.
Location: It is her the inner harbor, which has several shops and restaurants.
We stayed for a visit to attend baseball games. We were very pleased with the location, accommodations, and service.
