Nice hotel, walking distance to Inner Harbor

Pros: Cheap, great location - walking distance of Inner Harbor, pleasant and quiet stay, comfy beds
Cons: comforter had stains, breakfast was very low quality - it was empty when we went
Location: Inner Harbor - restaurants, street performers, Federal Hill, Top of the World observatory, mall, paddle boats, Ripley's
The rooms are not big but they're a perfectly fine size for a one night stay. Tip - breakfast "ends" at 10 but when we went down at 9:30, it was already wiped out and they didn't restock it. There is a parking garage, LAZ St Paul Place Garage, that is a 2 min walk away and for our stay from 5pm Friday to 4pm Saturday it was just $5!

Soda machine and wifi not working. Water dripping from bathroom ceiling vent. Staff very nice. Bed ok breakfast so so.

Nice place, poorly run

Pros: Beautiful building, good location
Cons: Give front desk staff access to reset wi-fi
Location: Baltimore downtown, Baltimore Inner Harbor
Despite its low price, this is a beautiful facility right in the heart of Baltimore. It looks like it was built as a fancy hotel many years ago and was recently renovated and made into a Quality Inn. Sadly, it is run poorly. The front desk worker kept yawning. The free Wi-Fi worked when I first checked in, but stopped later that evening. I called the tech support number in the hotel guide and the person at the other end told me "we notified the front desk about the problem, and they need to reset the router, but they don't have the key, and a facilities person with the key won't be in until 7am tomorrow." Seems like it would be pretty simple to put the router where the front desk person can get to it, or give them the key.

Wrong room

Pros: Price,you get what u pay for
Cons: Front desk personal,better English skills
Location: Camden yards and riverfront
2 men ,confirmation two double beds,given one king at 1:00 pm,told by recap. Other two double rooms were resered for later guest? Manager resolved after one hour wait ,top it off toilet stopped up at midnight,had to go downstairs to lobby

Air conditioning was broken, didn't have enough towels and they never came with more when called. Also room was dirty.

Run down hotel

The only good thing about the quality inn hotel is its location. Our room was extremely small. Our air condition obviously wasn't working since it never got below 75 degrees. Also, there is no safe or refrigerator. The safe is very disconcerting since my friend accidentally tried opening the wrong room door but his key still worked. Luckily the deadbolt was on or we would've walked into a strangers room at 2 am. Overall, this is an old, run down room. Outside is pretty sketchy as well and there are homeless people sleeping on the benches.

Sketchy part of town...

Ended up checking out early. Hotel staff was not helpful or friendly. When I arrived the room had not been cleaned, and halfway through my stay the internet died without explanation and never came back up again. The worst part was that the hotel is in a sketchy area of town, I did not feel safe around that area

Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel need to a good interior designer to make it more welcoming to guest. The carpet and flooring need improvement.Breakfast need to be fresh.
Location: For me it was more of business
Had just a night stay. The person at the lobby was professional and I was well received. My room was very small. The clock was not working. The bed linen was OK. The carpets need refreshing. I couldn't eat the breakfast, the bread was very dry, the boiled egg was not fresh definitely was not boiled that day and I couldn't get a tea bag to brew a cup of tea.

Difficult to get used to.

Pros: The price that we got through Expedia.
Cons: Check-in instructions prior to arrival. Cheaper parking. Insure that continental breakfast will be served each day.
Location: Downtown Baltimore. The motel is less than 1/2 mile from the Inner Harbor.
We did not know where to park for check-in. Parking was much more expensive than we expected. On Sunday morning, the person that was responsible for the continental breakfast did not show up. We had to go to the closest fast food restaurant. Staff was as helpful as possible. The central air in our room did not work, but there was a working window unit.
