NOT EXPECTED

Pros: THE BEST WAS THE LADY THAT MADE THE BED AND CHANGED THE TOWELS.
Cons: EVERYTHING.
Location: CLOSE TO SHOPPING, RESTURANTS, EXPRESSWAY.
WE ARRIVED AND TOLD THEM WE NEEDED FIRST FLOOR. WHAT DID WE GET? THATS RIGHT THE SECOND FLOOR. WENT BACK TO CHANGE ROOMS AND THEY COULDNT TELL ME WHERE IT WAS. SEARCH FOR IN THE DARK. THE CHAIR WAS BROKEN AND THEY DID NOT CHANGE BEFORE WE ARRIVED. ALTHOUGH, THE CLEANING CREW CHANGED THE CHAIR. THE COUCH SAGED, THE WALL HAD LOOKED LIKE A CHILD OR ADULT HAD A LARGE PENCILE AND USED IT ON THE WALLS. A ONE CUP COFFEE MAKER. THE BUFFET WAS HARD PANCAKES. WATERY EGGS THAT LOOKED LIKE PANCAKES, FROZEN I GUESS AND NOT HEATED ENOUGH. THE BATHROOM, WOOD NEEDED PAINTING, THE STOPPER FOR THE WATER WAS BROKEN IN THE TUBE.

Would stay again

This is an extended stay facility, and as such, it shows a little more wear than a hotel might - but it was generally clean and comfortable, and met our needs very well for a 4-night stay. Tub/shower could have been cleaner, but not bad. Appliances all worked well, including DISHWASHER!

Great room-- it was comfortable for our overnight stay. One dude at the desk-- he needed more help. Laundry soap machine ate my quarters. Twice.

Needs a little Ground and Unit Maintenance

Pros: Well appointed suite, new carpet, bed was nice, very clean unit, everything worked.
Cons: Clean up the Grounds and put some weather striping around the doors, the money you save on heating cost will more then pay for a grounds person.
Location: The area is a little remote, but stores and restaurants are within a 2 min. drive. Watch out for high speed train in the area.
Really nice Suite, very clean, everything worked, very comfortable, except half the unit was an ice box and the other half was an oven. very poor insulation around door let tons of cold air in unit. heating unit worked fine but turning up the heat made one half of the unit too hot, I'm talking unable to sleep hot, which is what I wanted the hotel for. The Grounds are really cute, but the broken bottles, glass and cigarette buts on the landscape really take away from what the hotel has to offer. Maybe they should make some of the units smoking or put ashtrays outside around the property. This has the potential to be a really nice hotel, just what I need. I'm doing contract work in the area for the next 6 months. I need a place to stay 2 or 3 nights a week because the 115 mile one commute is killing me. too bad this won't be the facility I need and it could be, very easily.

You can't judge a hotel by a picture!

We ended up not staying as the room was nothing like what was featured on hotels.com. First of all it was a party place as people were renting rooms for drunken parties. They told us that the hotel was newly renovated and there is no way it was newly renovated unless everything was purchased used. The walls were dirty, insulation falling from the ceiling in the closet, bed linens were very poorly dressed, and there was water all over the bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. Also, there was no fireplace as advertised. The hotel manager did not give us a fuss when we told we would not stay and wanted a refund. However, we had to go back the next day to get him to keep his word and report the issue and alert hotels.com of our refusal to stay. In the end we did get our money back and ended up finding a nice Holiday Inn Express that was not far away.

This is the third time we have stayed, and I really love the rooms. We had an issue with the TV, and it was handled promptly. When we had an issue with changing if the sheets, it was dealt with promptly. I feel it is a great value, and will continue to return due to its close proximity to my family.

The bed was not the queen size bed we reserved. Also there were things missing from the room that were advertised as included.The room smelled like smoke.

The room was dirty the toilet ran all night i made them aware of running toilet was not fixed while i was staying in room neighbors sketchy
