Nice place

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Quite area, no noise, good resturant.
Cons: Not much lighting in the rooms hallway.
Location: I have to visit someone at the sini hospital, so it was only one night stay.
Very quite, cozy, comfortable and good resturant with good food, friendly staff. I will stay again if I end up in the area again. I do recommand it to anyone.

Poor customer service

Posted Jul 20, 2014
When I checked in, I was given two bounce bed room instead of two queen, sleep number beds as booked and confirmed. First the lady argued with me trying to tell me that they were queen beds. She called a housekeeper over whom confirmed that that entire floor was two boundless and then told her which floor had the two queen beds. The customer service person said that entire floor was booked and there was nothing she could do about it. She dismissed me. I was told that they did not have my room because others checked in before us and my confirmation meant nothing. I was told they might do something the next day, ehich they did not. On check out, there was no check on how our stay was or apology. She took my card key and dismissed me. The person that worked the counter at Panera was more concerned about customer service then this hotel.

Wonderful for Johns Hopkins patients!

Posted Jul 16, 2014
I had an appointment at Johns Hopkins and it was also our wedding anniversary. This hotel was the perfect location out of the rush of downtown Baltimore but yet had a very uptown atmosphere. Our room was wonderful. We had a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, Scoozi's. Nothing could have made a visit to the hospital/anniversary celebration any better. There are many delightful shops just a foot step away as well. We will be back!

Updated Hotel

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Staff was nice and accommodating...room was updated and comfortable.
Cons: Food from Room Service wasn't very good or hot.
Location: Camden Yards
My only complaint - If this is really a "Pet Friendly" hotel, you should not get a call from the front desk if the dog barks twice.

Business in Baltimore

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Location: Chain Restaurants are not within walking distance... Donna's is the closest restaurant but a bit pricey. "Drive to the city"
The rooms have been updated -(Modern Contemporary) Sleep Number bed is a nice option too.

Good hotel choice near Baltimore's Inner Harbor

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Convenient location, approximately 10 miles from the Inner Harbor, which is easily accessible from I-83. There is a nice Cafe near the stores located by the hotel that serves freshly made breakfasts and lunch with open air dining. Shuttle also offers a complimentary Shuttle service to the area hospitals and the Inner Harbor. Good value for the cost and would definitely stay there again.

Very likely to stay there again

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The shower & the free wifi.
Enjoyed my stay despite someone else's hair on the fitted sheet. Is it because the hotel is conserving energy by not washing the bedding? Didn't like the parking garage, dark & dingy but free. The room was beautifully renovated though.

Convenient location north of downtown.

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Although I lived in the area for 7 years, I forgot about this hotel. This is a great location if you're not spending a lot if time downtown. We were just visiting friends in the northern part of the city so this is a perfect spot and had free parking. The room was quite spacious ( it had a vaulted ceiling) and had been recently renovated. It had a "sleep number bed" that was very comfortable. Bathroom was small but totally functional. They have a restaurant and bar, and there are some shops at Cross Keys. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel minutes from the harbor.

Overall the hotel was good. The only problem with the room is that the sheets was filled with the last guest hair. I'm not talking about 1 or 2 strands it was a lot.

Great stay at the Radisson Cross Keys.

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The room was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool area.
Cons: The food at Scoozi restaurant was fair.
Location: There was a free shuttle to downtown which was great since it was the 4th of July. There were also shops around the hotel.
The room was great. It was clean and well appointed. The sleep number bed was not very comfortable. I would prefer a pillow top mattress. We spent time at the pool and enjoyed the time outdoors. We would recommend and will stay here again when we visit Baltimore.
