College tour

Posted Apr 13, 2015
We checked in around 9 pm after touring all day and left the next morning so we didn't get to fully explore the hotel. The location seemed very quiet and pretty but arriving in the dark it was hard to figure out where the hotel entrance was. We appreciated the refreshing melon water on arrival in the lobby. Our room was nice but when we opened the sofa bed we saw that the sheets were not clean: lint and debris in the bed , a few dead ants on the blanket, a q tip on the floor under it. We were tired so my daughter just crashed in my bed with me. I let the front desk know in the morning. We were too tired to deal with it when we got there so I can't say how they would've handled it.

OK Place

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Front desk: excellent service. Area: Superb, easy access to shops, airport. Free parking and well lighted.
The walls are too thin, the facility is old and you can tell by the doors/cracked window strips, bathroom caulking. I could hear all activities and talking in the next room. This is never good. The bathroom floor had a stuck on nose strip that was never removed, on my second day the staff left a wet cleaning towel right by the bed table, yuck. Front desk: excellent service. Area: Superb, easy access to shops, airport. Free parking and well lighted.

Terrible

Posted Apr 5, 2015
If I ever had to chance to stay here again... I WOULDN'T & wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The beds were uncomfortable even though they were advertised as sleep number beds, the bathroom was so tiny that it barely fits 2 people to get ready, and the remote for the bed was disgusting. The interior in the lobby isn't bad, but that's about it. The checkin guy was ok, but kept having conversations with the other worker and it wasn't professional. After leaving, a few days later we noticed a $100+ charge on our credit card statement. When we called to inquire about this mysterious charge, as we booked and payed in advance through Expedia, they had no record of us checking us and couldn't even find our credit card on file to look up this charge. They had no idea what we were talking about cause they were INCOMPETENT. I'll never stay at any Radisson again.

Great Spot in Baltimore

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Location: It's really a pretty easy jump to everything in Baltimore, but especially close is the Mt. Washington neighborhood. Restaurants, taverns, etc.
The pros of staying at this hotel far outweigh the few cons. The service staff is EXCELLENT, always friendly and helpful in any way they can be. The rates are great for this level of hotel. The hotel itself is attached to a very nice and useful shopping village with a couple of excellent places to eat. The hotel bar is great. Overall, the hotel offers the benefit of a location that is nice (Mt. Washington), quiet, and has plenty of places to eat nearby, while also only being a few minutes by taxi from Downtown Baltimore. That's another great benefit. Over a period of three days, four nights, I found that at practically all times, there was a taxi available outside, and in a couple cases where there wasn't, the hotel had great connections with local taxi companies and service requests were fast. Also, the hotel is only a little over a mile from the MTA public transit rail, and on the public bus routes. For car travelers, it's also right on the highway. The hotel appeared to be a bit on the older side, so if you're staying in a hotel to rate the perfection of it's walls and siding, or scuffed elevators, you might not like the place. BUT, even then, it was well-maintained and clean. If you're staying here for comfort, convenience, service, and all of the other important things about a hotel, this is certainly the place to stay in Baltimore.

Nice hotel in a nice area of Baltimore, MD.

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant and nice shops nearby.
Cons: Need more martini glasses at the bar. :-) The bar only had 2 martini glasses on hand.
Location: Great location and plenty to do around the hotel.
This is the third time I have stayed here in the past 6 months. It is near my son who lives in Baltimore and is located in a very nice area. The hotel is nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. Variety of high end shops around the hotel complex and love the free parking garage available with easy access entrance into the hotel.

Cleaning staff went through my belongings and stole my prescription medicine. When I told the hotel manager they said there was nothing they could do because I made my reservation through a 3rd party vendor. They had the wrong bed selection and then told me there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party vendor. The room was not stocked with towels or toiletries.
