it's a budget hotelPosted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Close to Ft. Meade
Cons: The rooms need to be updated/need to do better job cleaning the towels/sheets/need better breakfast bar/should have menu for restaurant in room
Location: Arundel Mills Mall & casino; Ft Meade, BWI Airport
Some of the towels were dingy or had what appeared to be makeup and hair stuck on them. The sheets appeared clean. The rooms really need to be updated. The bathtub looked like it had been beat up. The breakfast offerings leave much to be desired. There is a restaurant adjoining the hotel that has decent food. It is not far from Arundel Mills mall, Casino and Ft. Meade if you know your way around, however traffic can be really nasty. Not far from BWI airport- however this is in a business park area...mostly geared to folks coming in to do business for the companies in the park. In the morning when time to check out if you check out early (around 530 am) you will end up looking for front desk person to check you out. but for the price, for just a night or two it's ok. I wouldn't want to stay a whole week here though. Floor was cracked up in elevator, soda machines were out.

Pros: The price and the courteous customer service
Cons: the décor and there were cobwebs in the celing. The cleaning in the lobby and the door to the entrance could be cleaned better.
Location: The location is close to everything, the casino, shopping mall all within 10 miles.
It was a good experience for the price paid. The staff is EXCELLENT!!! The breakfast was okay...not bad... they did replenish when something was out...

Budget hotelPosted Jun 7, 2015
I needed a place to spend the night near BWI. This hotel fits the bill and the rate seemed too good to be true, and let's just say I got what I paid for. The property is isolated - wedged in the back of an office park between a highway and the airport. Planes zoomed overhead at night and early in the morning. There are no restaurants close by so I ate at the hotel bar, which was actually pretty good with a friendly atmosphere. The room itself felt clean but had not been updated lately, plus my sheets had some holes in them. The morning breakfast was sub-par, even compared to comparable hotels with comparable fare. The service from the staff was cheerful.

Shouldnt Have to GO to Head OFFICE to Get ResultPosted Jun 6, 2015
Pros: The front desk staff tried to be helpful and where friendly
Cons: start with management ... this hotel needs some renovations
Location: close to airport, free shuttle, arundel mills mall close by ,, and not a bad distance to the city.
We had no tv service and was told we could move or we could be taken care when we checked out.. we chose to stay in the room as we where unpacked , it was late and we were ready for bed. When we checked out we where then told we had to talk to the manager as we booked thru expedia. It took over week to track the manager down (i left at least three messages on her voicemail). Only to be told that their policy was to move us ... she was rude in her dealing with the situation...thats not what we where told at the time...when I pushed it i was given the option of 10 % off my next stay..also ...it was a long weekend and the hotel was busy ... the breakfast area needed attended to...food running out and a little cleaning was in order...the front desk person was friendly and did her best to replenish and a very bus time for her at the desk...when i asked housekeeping for a new ice bucket (as ours had a crack in it and was leaking) she rolled her eyes at me and sighed like i was putting her out... this hotel could use some renovatons and attention in order to be up to Ramada standard. P.S. I fly alot and have used this hotel at least 3 or 4 times .... there will not be another stay there. and not recommending it.

You get what you pay for... I needed a hotel close to the airport and I didn't want to pay much.

Dirty HotelPosted May 26, 2015
This hotel claimed to have a restaurant/bar, however on a Saturday night it was closed before 8pm. Room was dirty, cigarette burns in the pillow case, stains on the sheets & towels. Cigarette burns/stains around the bathroom sink & counter.

poor location from airport. no diningPosted May 25, 2015
Cons: total overhaul
Location: really nothing nearby not even a mc donalds. the restaurant in the hotel was a sports bar. If you would like to drink rather than eat, then it was ok.
very poor continental breakfast their wasn't even enough coffee in the pot for 1 cup and no one around to make any.

This is the line between business and budget.Posted May 18, 2015
This hotel is not all that it might appear to be. Older property, worn, but the consumables (soft items) have been kept current. May 15th, 87 degrees pool closed. Small well appointed gym. Awkward parking, awkward lobby. Needs better directional signage. NOT convient to get to, have to wind thru a business park to get to. Not actually close to arundel mills, casino, etc. seemed to be a good airport shuttle(didn't use). There is no 50$ self park fee.. That must be some sort of event or daily airport parking fee. Lots of signs indicating 50$ deposit required (usually a poor sign).
