Pros: The free breakfast.
Location: The hotel is in a business park and it is not close to any restaurants or attractions.
The front desk night auditor was rude, my sink was dirty with soda and coffee stains, my comforter had cigarette burns, the maid was conctantly talking on her cell phone, and the hotel is old and in serious need of an update.

Pros: I thought the staff was outstanding. I was there on a holiday weekend, so I'm sure staff didn't really want to be working.
Cons: Just some upgrades.
Location: Well located from the standpoint of being near the highway. Close to the shopping mall and the casino is nearby.
Just needs an upgrade. Carpet in the common area was loose and worn, needing replaced. Rooms were OK, just not anything over the top. Hard to get to. I thought I had programmed in the wrong address on my GPS, was driving through an office park to find the hotel. Can be seen from the main road, but you can't get there from here!

The hotel staff were very friendly and inviting. The service was great but I wished that they had mentioned the $50 Hold for using Credit or Debit Cards. There is a sign posted at the front desk about the fee but I missed seeing it until we were checking out. I think that it would be helpful if they mentioned that on check-in. Otherwise, it was very clean, quiet, and updated.The location isn't far from the airport or mall if you have transportation. It's located in a business area and there aren't any stores or restaurants in walking distance except for the restaurant on site. I was very appreciative of the continental breakfast and airport shuttle as I was visiting friends and didn't have transportation. My only advice is that they add a sign near the breakfast area that the breakfast sandwiches, milk, and creamer are in the fridge under the cabinet so that guests can find it more easily. The king size room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. I traveled with a 1 1/2 year old so he had plenty of room to play. We could hear the planes at times but it wasn't enough to keep us awake and we still slept comfortably. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room which would've been useful to store his milk but there was an ice machine on the floor so I used the ice in the ice bucket to keep it cold. I would definitely stay at this location again but I would definitely make sure that I had a refrigerator in the room, and a car to get to the store, mall or restaurants.
