Convenient to the Casino and shopping mall

This was our first time staying the Baltimore area. I chose the Ramada randomly and we got there very late, but had no problems checking in or getting our room quickly. Beds were nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast was adequate.

the food menu in the room was out of date; the choice in the dining room was limited but good; as was the service, Dining room was sparsely attended Had problems with directions for shuttle pickup

Pros: I like that it was a no-frills hotel with just the basics. It did what I wanted it to do.
Cons: Nothing to improve.
Location: It's in a remote industrial park so the only action in that area is the hotel. Attractions are a couple of miles away around Arundel Mills Mall.
There was nothing special or particular about this hotel. This was just an overnight visit to a basic hotel just to unwind and relax.

A hotel maintenance employee used his access card and entered the room while my wife and I repeatedly warned him not to.

Needs Work

We only stay here once a year for an annual event, would not stay another time. For the price there are better hotels in the area that are more updated and that you don't need to car to get to places. Nothing around this hotel at all. Even with paying Expedia for the room, they still hold $50 for incidentals on your card for a week, really! With the world or wifi and smartphones, who is going to rack up one.
