“Stop Over Hotel”

We always stay at the Red Roof Inn when we fly out of BWI. The rooms are clean and the shuttle service is great. Would recommend it for a short stay.

This was a clean, convenient hotel. We stayed here because of an early flight out of BWI, and we were 5 minutes from the rental car drop-off. The only drawback was lack of restaurants in the area, they were mostly fast food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we got a great deal, also.

“Perfect!”

The very first impression was not so good because the lady at the front desk who answered our phone call from the airport requesting for the shuttle service, was unpatient. I couldn´t hear very well what she was saying and after several times of asking "what? can you repeat?" she showed herself unpatient and made me feel stupid...whatsoever, once we got to the hotel the rest of the service and accomodations were great! Very comfortable rooms, considering that we stayed there for only one night, just to wait for our flight on the following morning: I WOULD GO BACK OR RECOMMEND IT!

“The Best of BWI . . .”

The Red Roof Inn is not a place I frequent. But, on a budget, I was more than pleased with my experience at this hotel. The staff were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. My room was clean, spacious, and had many unexpected amenities (a personal safe in the room, free WiFi, and a coffee machine). I could not have asked for a better experience - for an amazing price.

We really enjoyed our stay. We came for a funeral and arrived late to the hotel and the gentleman was so nice and courteous

The shuttle service was very convenient. The shuttle driver was very helpful. Front desk personnel was very helpful.

“Close to airport!!!”

We needed to catch a flight at 6:45am the next morning. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00pm after long walks though DC. The staff was VERY pleasant and the beds were comfortable. Wakeup call arrived as asked for and the shuttle service delivered us to the airport in plenty of time. Our only complaint was the airconditioner was a little loud. We would stay again.
