“COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY”

We were there visiting our daughter who was staying at the same hotel for about 6 weeks. It has friendly staff. The breakfasts which are included with the room are very good. The rooms have kitchen areas including refrigerators with ice machines, no need to go down the hall for ice. The cleaning staff even do the dishes in the dishwasher. They had a nice exercise room. Only complaint was that the garbage disposal didn't work very well.

This hotel is simply amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding and the staff goes out of their way to help. This will be the only place we consider when we travel to the Baltimore/Washington area in the future.

Although we did not spend much time in the hotel, I can not complain at all about our stay there. Everything was very satisfactory.

Everything was great. Loved having the two bedroom suite and kitchen. Staff was great and responsive.

As many amenities provided at hotel for relaxation hotel did not provide alcoholic beverages on weekends.

“Comfortable with decent breakfast”

Nice and clean. Kitchen in the room was very handy. We didn't have any spoons but were given some after we requested them. Great having a free laundry - you just had to ask for Tide at Reception. Breakfast was pretty good with hot and cold options. Hot options are different every day. The only complaint was the fan in the bathroom. On a regular basis there was a dripping sound which turned out to be air coming through the fan from outside. Mentioned it to Reception and within 5 mins someone from Maintenance came to look at it. Nothing they could do and no free rooms to change to but very quick response. We stayed there 5 nights and after a couple we didn't notice it as much but it is annoying the first couple of nights. Good location by Arundel Mills Mall - only a quick walk to the stores and restaurants. We didn't use it but there is a free shuttle bus to take you there and to the Casino.

“Nice quiet hotel for families”

Clean hotel and close to everything. The walls were a little thin and i could hear other rooms and floors, but slept okay.

“Remodeling, but still enjoyable”

My only complaint was that the queen bed was uncomfortable and the pullout sleeper was horrific. I understand they are remodeling and hope these issues will be addressed.
